is this only reccomended for people who have kids or are over a certain age type of thing? me mate mentioned it to me, and i no roughly its just like do a cycle, then maintain with about 250mg test every 10 days for about 8 weeks then blast and so on..

i think its to much for someone my age (21) but suppose each to there own and he did start gear at jsut on 17 so he wont listen to me anyway just looking for some experiences with it?

All depends on individual circumstances but i wouldnt recommend it until your at a physical level that requires it. Ive been using AS for over 10 years but have only been using the blast and cruise method for a little over 18 months, im cruising right now at 19 stone around 12% bodyfat. Rome wasnt built in a day if you get my drift :)
 
Its another to use Test and the mental feeling of being (on) comes into play ,as some people have the fear of lossing muscle.

But it does work ,the bang from a new med does only last so long and dose / mix and timing needs to be addresed.


When i fisrt did Test many years ago all you could get was Dbol/Sus/\Deca thats all you did ,you cyceled up and then down, being on the high dose for 2-4 weeks.

But with the internet and UGL the window of med is pages long now and so are the ways to mix and do them.
And not forgetting Peptides still young to the seen and the list is still growing in size .

We are not all the same so the only why is to run it and find out how your / his body works.

Theres no doubt blast and cruise works, your permanently running AS and mixing things up is the way forward in my opinion and ive made my best gains using this approach. I just dont think guys of a young age and to be frank with little muscular development should use this route as they really dont need to unless they are competing. Ive seen so many small guys on these forums going on about massive dosages and staying on the juice for extended periods and basically jumping into advanced AS usage.

P.S not ranting :)
