Sorry for delay, been a very busy week. All requested videos of classes from the Welsh are below aside from Bodyfitness.

Mr Classes 80-100kg (including a bizarre incident of the guys being asked to remove their medals to be judged again and Neil Andrews looking dry as hell):

i worked with Gavin in 2011 he did his own prep this year though due to issues with his sponsor and money, he did a great job but needs to tighten up his posing for the British

Yes mate I'll try and dig it out this week but you'll have to bear with me, have two gym promo videos and a supplement video advert in production at the moment so am putting these together in my spare time.

Thats the class with George "Syd" Lawrence in no? Boy had some moves in the posedown

I don't know mate, I am in the class at Brits... always good to have a look at some of the competition..

Ah Jim... its a blend of quality and quantity in Masters, I wont need a lift up onto stage at the Brits.. :-)
