Lean Bulk Cycle

So, Id like to run a cycle and dosages past you guys see what you think the more opinions the better and if youve had experience with it how did it go? I will be keeping diet as tight as possible during the bulk and paying close attention to weight gain. Looking for 10-15lbs of as lean gains as possible.

So looking at;
Test e - 500mg weekly
NPP - 450mg 3x weekly

So 12 weeks on test e, start npp 2 weeks in once the test e has properly kicked in. Currently cruising on 250mg test e which is why I was thinking about a 2 week lead time and then 2 week post npp (8 weeks total) and then lead back into a cruise.

I will run adex this time throughout but a low dose twice weekly at 0.25mg to try keep nipple puff down and some water weight down.

Oral, bare in mind I want lean gains and not watery gains, what could I add in at this point. Ive used tbol before but prices are always expensive, but I could roll 50mg daily instead of 80-100mg. Would the benefit still be good?

Out of interest has anyone run those extreme 75's which is 25dbol/oxy/winny? What kind of gains did you make on this. Could this be something to thinking about adding in for at a low dose for leaner gains?

Also up for any other ideas of lean gains cycle, this one just sounded interesting.

If wanting to keep the water weight down I would not be going anywhere near oxy. Just my opinion though.

I personally really rate anavar. Especially with test, that would work well
 
Stayed tight on oxy/winny 50/50. My diet is very strict tho.. fullness and pumps in gym were next level.

I liked NPP higher than test too. 600mg+ npp, 250 test. orals were 4 on 4 off..
 
Don't need to go silly on oral doses, just try 20mg tbol an hour pre workout and run it for 50 days.

You'll honestly see zero difference between that and running 80mg in your performance. Don't get big doses of orals at all.

The way I see it is all factors are limited, growth, strength, metabolism... Etc. You've pretty much covered those with a good dose of test and the npp. So when you start throwing orals on too you're only going to get so much out of them that you're actually going to notice. The rest is either, water, side effects or temporary I.e once you stop the oral you'll piss it all off. So why out your body trough the additional stress of a higher oral dose? No point really is there. Obviously dose would increase with the size of the guy but unless you're a big unit 20-50mg of anything is more than enough.


Id only ever bother with small doses pre workout now, once lean I'll run 50/50 oxy winny.... You'd look great on that combo at the moment mate.


Injectables look good, AI... Not much to say on those. It's going to do what you're after so yeah.

Want as much bang for my buck with least amount of bloat/fat gain tbh. Diet will be spot on with 2 weekly cheat meals instead of a full blown eat til you hate yourself.....ill save those for pre contest "refeed" days

Not that I have must experience as the rest but I would run NPP for the first 6 weeks then tren a second 6. Oral 50mg oxy or dbol pre wo, your very lean and diet is on point so will/should hold no extra water and will give insane pumps and vascularity :D

Fuck the tren (for now) will only ever use it again last 6 weeks pre contest or 4 weeks for a shred. Not playing around with that again for awhile haha
 
After talking to a friend he gave me a couple of good ideas for the lean bulk. But the one I will probably roll for now will look a little like this

Test P 1ml EOD
NPP 1ml EOD
Oxys 2 on 2 off
var/winny tab 2 on 2 off

So basically 2 days oxys 2 day var/winny rotation. Id need 42ml of the Testp and NPP so will run for 11.5 weeks as will be spending out more for high quality stuff.

In regards to continuing to cruise after this at what point do I add test e back in baring in mind the test p will be out of my system pretty quickly?

No need for n oral or the 2 week wait for npp as your cruising.

Test n npp 12 weeks. If you want 12-15lb forget trying to stay lean n smash the food or tripple those doses.

Stupid idea with orals.

Stick to your original idea. Why the hell to people think drugs make a lean cycle. Its always the small kids lol
