Breakfast

Weekends i have rice and tuna as its my pre workout meal.

Weekdays i have 2x venison burgers on training days and the same with a couple eggs thrown on top for non training days
 
For most of the year....
5 whole eggs
100g avocado
1 scoop whey in a coffee
Fermented veggies

Gives me sustained energy with no BG drops mid morning.

Fermented veggies? Can you enlighten me please @Con
 
Sourkraut style veggies.
I get a product called kimchi and it's a mix of different fermented veggies.
Very good for digestion!
Pricey though so I only use small servings.
AHHH now I get it @Con thanks for clearing that up.

My breakfast differs

Either

Whey
Oats
Banana
Pb
Milk

Blended.

Or 6 eggs on toast

Or

Alpen/shredded wheat and shake
 
180g Oats with 500ml skimmed milk and 15g whey.
 
Currently its 5 bacon rashers and 1 sausage in a french stick with ketchup from the work canteen followed by 3 choc digestives dipped in a nice warm cuppa. That's about 1,000-1,100 calories. Keeps me going a couple of hours :)
 
Not get serious.bloat from that? Or the sh1ts for that matter lol

Believe it or not I suffer IBS and of late it's flared up again big time re bloat! Sh1ts are pretty solid so no problem in that area. Glad you mentioned this as I didn't realise this maybe the cause of my bloat and pain...Doc said jack shit about my diet..
