MHP Glutamine SR Review

I got this supplement using my TM Voucher claim.

PowerMyself Health and Fitness Supplement Store MHP Glutamine SR 300g

I've used glutamine in the past and I haven't noticed anything using it, I was dosing at 20g a day.

I'm using 1 scoop 2 times a day.

Since using this I have noticed less muscle soreness, I've been using it for 2 weeks and got 2 weeks left.

Glutamine is a holy grail supplement for recovery.

I've never been convinced of MHPs "12 hour delivery system" but would be great to see some more reviews to sway my opinion.

Whatever works right!?

I've used iSatori Kyowa L-Glutamine, dissolves instantly and is completely tasteless, probably my highest rating glutamine supplement due to not tasting like chalk.

Glad you got a good product with the vouchers system, thanks for posting thoughts on it. I haven't used glutamine much recently but remember having similar experiences when I did, not sure why I don't use it more now tbh, just forget more than anything!
