    Only just seems some of the comments since posting this. That's kind of the reason I posted the thread, to show that one body fat percentage never looks the same on anyone else. All you can get by looking in the mirror is a rough guide and that's all you really need. I do however think for health reasons a DXA scan isn't a bad thing as (in my case) I was holding a lot more internal fat than I guessed just by looking. Got a good dose of reality!

    Place where I got them done was £99 for one or £199 for 3.

    I would be at least 20 - 22% based on current fat level I reckon

    Looking lean, get an outside picture much better more neutral light.

    Considering your legs are very lean I would say 10% at the very most.

    I'm not to fussed I'm only going magaluf lol. Just thought it might add to the thread a little as I'm terrible for holding fat around stomach

    If I can see all abs I no I'm sub 8%.

    Well I can only see your top half from the front so my guess cannot take your back or legs into the equation.
    What I can see here I would estimate between 11-12%.
    So if your legs and back are pretty lean you could in fact be leaner than that.
