Would These Yield The Same Results?

This is almost an IIFYM thread so apologies for that. Lol.

This isn't based on what I'm doing, my diet is done for me some just do what I'm told.

I've been constructing a diet for my girlfriend...

2 weeks progress 8 months post baby. Previous 8 months was filled with crap.

Playing around with MFP this evening...

Both diets are completely different, the only same food(if it's food) is the use of protein powder.

Without knowing the foods, would these diets have the same results?
