These aren't too bad, however, the doctor will usually only provide a max of 2 weeks worth, some doctors just one weeks worth. Then they take you off for a month. In my personal experiences, perhaps other Doctors are different.

Mine gave me 7 tablets to be used every other day
Dose was 3.75mg
First 5 tablets did nothing so doubled last dose to 7.5 and actually did work.
However before I contacted doc to ask for anymore at higher dose I stumbled on using the allergy tablets
I can now tell that if I'm tired and still too alert to sleep I need to take one. Only happened twice last week.

Zopi i find make me feel shit and groggy the morn after, much prefer diaz now and then.

Boots travel motion sickness tablets make you drowsy.Contain cinnarzine and you can buy them over the counter.Or if it's llyolds chemist sturgeon 15 is the same thing.

Yeach I used zoplicone for a while .I then used sominex for a while which helped for a while .now I'm back again trying to find something as sleep is worse than ever now bro

Diazepam certainly work but a wouldn't use them on a regular basis.Withdrawals can be pretty crap.
