Wanna lose some fat. Also, gain muscles.
I'm about 62 kg now. Training hard with weights. Having 19% of fat. Would like to reduce it.

Hi helga not preaching pal but to be honest i think there's better alternatives. Var is good for women to loose fat and build muscle and although not common I know a few women that run winny but not anywhere near mens cycles .it's just a thought ashe this maybe be more beneficial and cheaper too.

People will help mate but personlly if ur working hard and only got 15 % I would do what ur doing and think about yohimbie hcl or another fat burners or var

Haha)) i don't eat lots, but reducing the carbs just don't have enough energy to train hard, feel a biy=t dizzy, dont have enough iron...

True robbie it was one of the only things I know girls take for certain apart from fat burners. Probably a mistake but growith to lose weight mate

Don't want to take any steroids.. don't have lots information like you or anyone here, but heard lots about HGH - that it's natural and not dangerous, that people inject them to children if they small and need hormones for growth. think it would be suitable for me but still hesitating.

Trying to have healthy food - fish and seafood, some carbs - like rice, bit pasta, protein shakes, never fry, only baked or boiled food. Vegetables and fruit, of course, honey, nuts, porridge, Greek yogurts. Cant live without cheese (i know its not very healthy, trying to have it rarely)

I train 6 times a week, doing weight - not too heavy, but many reps. Stretching every day, i hate cardio though - just swim sometimes...

Do you know how many calories you eat each day? And how many grams of protein, fat and carbs?
