But on a serious note i wanna get abit healthier and just feel better any cardio ideas?

I cnt road run as it fucks me knees and lower back... lower impact if poss?

Regular cardio sucks and is boring as fuck.

Sled pulls fantastic and minimal stress on joints.
Prowler push awesome if you have access
If gym has Airdyne then sprints are amazing.

Skipping, jogging on a park (on grass), just walk more especially up hills, hiit on gym machine erm play sport.

Hill sprints on grass cud be a shout
 
Hill sprints are fantastic. Don't overthink it. Start easy try and find a good hill about 40-50 yards. Sprint up walk down. Try 6 times. Build slowly.
 
I hit the prowler 2-3 times a week. Heavy and light sprints. My legs have lost no size and I barely train them anymore conventionally.
