After some poor results,im atempting to eat even more cleaner to get rid of stubborn
fat on abs waist,lower back etc..just wont go!!! im pretty lean everywhere else for now.
Ive prob under eaten massively trying and to much cardio??
so im going to try and eat more rice /chicken meals drink more whey and not cut carbs and
see if that works...any sort of fat burners are out because of heart rate and bp etc..if
I could lose a few % in the next few months ide be happy.

Quads are looking pretty lean already I'm cutting/prepping now and I've found lower back fat was the last to go,seems stubborn there
yes and glutes,just doesn't seem to change much at all,,bit depressing lol....il try this method with carbs in and see what happens! do you
carb cycle or have them constant all through diet?

This is my first ever cut so using a coach for prep and he's not got me carb cycling 2 1/2 weeks out now and still high ish carbs
 
It just takes time unfortunately, and the deeper into the cut - the harder it gets and for a lot of us, lower and lower calories.

Could try adding in yohimbine maybe?

Yeah yohibhime hcl is a good choice as robbie says helps me I'm actually gonna use the last 2wks of my cutting cycle as well

Mate tag hilly in bro . By the looks of it u know what ur doing but maybe a wee bit of hills knowledge on the nutritional side might help

My stubborn bit is the wee bit just under belly button. Nightmare tbh. Everything else seems to be gone quick apart from there .think we all have problem areas but I can use fatburners as such. I'm interested on the advice u get and might try it myself mal
 
Won't be from eating too little, just your stubborn deposits, drop calories, up cardio, add fat burners etc

Look good though

Couple of weeks on 200mg you'll barely notice this time of year.

2 weeks on DNP and a bit of green tree extract seen as though proper stims are out. 2 weeks off then repeat.


Tbf mate stims are key to most who have got shredded, 99% of them couldn't have done it without as they'd have been completely shagged.

Every fucker uses them like smarties when they diet. Pre workouts on top.

what about likes DNP... which doesn't affect heart rate or blood pressure? really low dose.. got them at 50mg tabs now, handy for a proper low cycle & you only do 2 week blasts really

everything diet wise bar this last effort,then maybe il look into some type of fat burners etc..might give that yohimbine a go too
maybe..in the end its just more drugs lol...init! .......ive thought maybe low dose t3? if my matabs a bit fooked..
