stick to what you have been eating. I don't get the whole carb up with foods that aren't part of the diet. your digestive system wont be a fan. now of course there is a time you may need a little spike up or something on the day if a bit flat etc
its a hard one to work out as you also need to allow time. some fill out almost instantly , others takes a while (depending on how depleted you are)... takes me (as an example) a good 36 hours to fill out from a weigh in (in the past) ...so you do have to give it a little time - its easy to just think nope not working and pile stuff on - which then gets you in a similar place to the shit load.

I use every carb up as n experiment. Trial diff foods , diff timings etc see what works n what doesn’t. How much food I can get in without bloat etc
Yes agre with you both. .i get so flat through the week i just feed up on the weekend atm..ready for the following week to come..i do want yo try diff foods though see what works best..i know oats does and increases body temp rapid...my aim is to be cut enough say two weeks out..then just maintain the condition manipulating my carb intake..by then il have two or three i can use to good effect..as it goes my arm is pumping writing this so i think there kicki g in now lol
 
Diet..this week..mon/tues
Eggs quark whey...beef chunks and mixed veg
X 2..... turkey and mixed veg...protein mousse in
The evening snd cashews..whey and usn protein bar post workout....bcaas intra..
Im going to mix up bcaas in a two ltre carton and sip on that through the days next week.
Today..protein shake...eggs and quark..rice and tuna x2 and turkey and veg tea time with some whey etc...thurs will be same but with carbs going in the evening..im going to use slin 5iu per day to help push back in thurs/fri/sat see if that makes a diff...i gained 1 pound of weight after last weekend..
 
Condish this morn..pretty good,stayed on steak eggs whey this morn before training...had glucose and malto drink pre and intra with aminos..been smashing the carbs last few hours...feels nice lol..7iu of slin this time..experimenting on carb up

and also how does that (above pic) compare with say first thing on waking, after a piss / dump without food and water)

Ok il take some pics this week..yes condition changes all the time atm..still early days though..my back is a bit better and glutes and hams are watery..as are lower back and love handles lol..im going to carb on potatoes and white rice and maybe some oats next fri and sat..what carbs do you like filling up on...il have one cheat meal only..prob a burger and pancakes ice cream..or similar? Ive upped the tren alot too now and started..walking 2x daily
 
me personally I just stick to what I have been eating and I know digests so oats, rice, cream of rice, potatos
cheat meal on prep is sushi for me.

doesn't mean its the best or right way but I get on well with them and I know how I generally feel/look/react to those foods. as you get leaner that tolerance may change - for me I find junk or simple sugars have a much more pronounced effect on look. Also to an extent its about variables control. if you always eat burger and fries then cool - is it optimal is a different question - but it doesn't mean its wrong as for you its normal so you body and digestive system is used to it..

Why do you think everything is water.

Is there some one with experience telling you this? As without being harsh people who usually think things are water find it’s still fat just half empty fat cells etc.

Water is very obvious n the skin still thin above it.
 
..this is why I asked about back shots. not many have "watery' love handles - if you can get a good pinch its fat... lower back / love handle / glutes is where most struggle / stubborn fat deposits.

or take half a dyazide... take pics tomorrow...if not shredded to fuck its fat.

Yes its fat as well im sure it will come off though over the next 10 weeks like haha..im not to concerned tbh..this was a month ago or so..you can see some in lower back not the sharpest of pics. But gives an idea

Heres a shot taken today..difficlt to get one sharp but you czn see see folds of skin on lower back..critique away chaps i dont mind..fvck beating around the bush..its my style and no one critiques more than me lol similar amount on glute and hams imo...hilly do you eat fice flour raw and potato flour..or does it need heating up in water?
