Trying to just maintain atm so switched things up a little and timing carbs earlier in the day
Pro/fat last 2 meals
Tuna steak, egg n avocado salad

Wish i cud be assed making meals like that make dieting easier haha

Just got some motivation back tbh mate
Before my hol last week it was mainly rotisserie chickens n micro rice
Wanna get fitter and drop a little weight so got me head back on now

Just cruising along now so maintain is the goal, if I can add a couple lb quality weight I’ll be very happy
Ah ok, you cruising for a while? How heavy did u get in the end? Iirc you packed a load of muscle on and stayed pretty lean after your show

Nah, gonna hit a mini diet may time, just to tidy up then I’ll push again
I got well over 250 at one point but I really felt it, feel much fitter and healthier a little lighter
