Insulin

Just curious to get some insight on insulin. When, what cycle to add it to or do on off cycle? When do you really introduce it from the start or post cycle. Thank you in advance

seeing as your just starting a first cycle or first one in years your jumping way ahead

as mentioned before why not stick up a journal or your full diet and training for some help? that's where you will make the difference.

Insulin is way down the line IMO - especially given one goal is to get leaner? I wouldn't be adding slin in for dieting unless super advanced.

I have a diet plan that I found online. I haven't really made a set training routine. pretty much just rotate day 1.back day2.legs day 3. chest day 4 arms day 5 a little off everything for weekend off.30 mins treadmill steady 5mph...i know I need to venture with more different exercises every muscle group.Especially I'm more focused and want to be more diverse in the gym

well there you go
no plan and random training.
is your diet similar?

you want to address the above before you even think about stuff like insulin ........or even gear realistically - if you want to make the most of it

I've been following these numbers. Times are adjusted at days. But I've been good with it for the most part.that's a reason I asked yesterday about if I needed to change anything for cutting.Don't get me wrong I'm no where close to being a pro but my dedication and will to learn is here. That's the main reason I joined this forum was to learn and get advice from you guys. In all reality I wanna know the inside and real way of a lifestyle I'm not going to ask the guys at my local who go twice a week who don't even know it themselves.I came here for the experienced guys(.... and gals) who eat, sleep and drink fitness and health and who like looking amazing all year around. Even reading certain articles on line you really don't even know if it's someone who appreciates the life or a 400lb sloppy guy just writing a blog for a pay check.I was just hoping for guidance, advice and people to tell me "you can get like this one day, but this is what you got to do and what it takes".

You just got an honest reply from someone who lives the lifestyle.

Twice you've posted that one size fits all plan.
What foods do you intend on using to hit these numbers?

At this point insulin will not help you nor will AAS, get your diet nailed down and maintained with a high level of consistency, get your training sorted and build a base of strength to work off then look at your options.

id say this is a disaster mate.. purely because every meal in the plan, the cals don't add up with the macros listed

meal 1 is 688cals (not the 663 listed) with the macros listed
meal 2 is 487.8 (not 402)
meal 6 says its 324 cals... its actually 778.5!!!!

what the actual fuck  some absolute monkeys wrote that mate. bin it

re-insulin. I actually love the stuff.. if your lean enough & know what your doing, it brings a great look. wouldn't use off cycle & wouldn't use unless your fairly lean. its a dangerous thing though.. do your research.

also use pre workout only imo. less chance of adding fat this way ime & if you have your pre/intra/pwo food in check, its fairly easy to control

Why the fck are you following some online diet plan?

Eat for you and your stats not some random fucker online

again back to basics to help

get super super simple

current weight is
BF is approx.

then work out a simple rough amount lets say 16 cals per pound

then workout from that a simple macro split... lets just say 40/40/20

then how many meals

just divide the calories evenly for now

see how you go

can move to nutrient timing later or some pro fat vs pro carb meals but make it simple as for now

if you total is 3000 cals then 500 per meal...simple x 6

get training in order

something like a push pull legs is great if you have trained for a while and know your way around the gym

easy to follow and progress
