Quick Chest Workout

If you wanted to hit your chest with a beneficial workout at home using dumbbells for example. What sort of exercise and amount of reps would you be thinking of ? Only been at it a couple of years so far.
What would most consider as a good and quick workout. Intensity I am happy to give all np
 
Use ‘bells as handles to do push ups (can vary hand position) and drop between them slightly to stretch chest. Superset those with feet up version to mimic incline, then straight into floor-flyes. Then straight into laying on your back with dumbells pressed together and press up keeping them together to get burn in pecs.

Do about 3 rounds, keep time under tension by slowly performing negatives and going into concentric part of exercises before tension is off the chest.

It’ll work.

What kit do you have exactly?
Amount of reps is gonna depend on the weight you’re using
Giving yourself a rep range with weights that are too light isn’t gonna get you very far
 
I have a bench bar and spotter rack. I bench enough to keep reps 8-10 as rule but never look at actually weight but it is low lol

Ive got a 9 inch penis but i dnt use it as a rule

Dumbbell flat bench, overhead dB press, dumbbell flies, DB floor press, rolling dumbbell extension.

Would also add some renegade rows in to hit your scap and core and aid your benching

Mix it up a bit.

well that works chest feels well hammered and didn't take long. Only had a minute between rounds so may have 2 mins next time. Just another routine to throw in the mix
 
Classic bench press with dumbbells is one of my favorite exercises. I love it because it's not isolation exercise and i feel every point of my chest during bench press
 
Try pre exhausting by doing fly's first you wont need as much weight on the bigger exercises while increasing intensity
 
I like to do 25 unilateral titty dance boob bounces in front of a mirror supersetted with dual figerpistols
rest pause a cheeky wink with blowin smoke from den finger barrels on last set.

Boom.
