Deca For Tennis Elbow?

Im sick of it..
I always wanted to train natural but if a deca cycle will heal my bloody tennis elbow i'm all in for it.
So is a deca cycle a option for finally healing it?
 
Have you looked into peps inc BPC157 and TB500?
Yes, i bought from peptidesuk.com it seems they dont work or i am doing something wrong with the peptides, keep in mind i am ot doing uperbody for already two months so its not the fact that i am not resting it

How much are you doing? How often? Where? What pep?

This is normally an overuse injury. You want to start by removing all direct tricep work in my opinion. Maybe a few weeks of chest and shoulder work that are predominantly laterals and chest fly to minimise pressing action. Get a lacrosse ball and loosen the tricep and bicep just above the elbow insertion. Then start back easy do tricep push downs very high reps using a band. A couple of sets a couple of times a week. Build back slowly
 
I know this is an older thread but the one thing i've found to work with my tennis elbow is MSM. No bs! I was reading on a health forum somewhere and 1 guy recommended taking 3 grams 3 times a day for up to 2 weeks. Haven't had tennis elbow issues again. I just used NOW Foods 1,000mg capsules. 3 caps, 3 times a day. I know you see glucosamine with msn and recommended dose is like 2,500 mg/day but what the heck is that going to do, maybe long term it would help. Just try it.
 
Hey mates after one year i'm finally done with this tennis elbow! What helped me was:
- REST
- bpc 157 and tb 500
- Going on TRT (better overall recovery for muscle and tendons and higher estrogen in body wich is also important for bone density and tendons)
- One cycle Of ostarine 30 mg/day
--Cycling daily vitamine supps like: vit D, MSM, glucosamine, moringa, omega 3, magnesium,...

But the real breakthrough for me was the ostarine cycle just one month ago after a cycle of bpc 157 ! And i am sure the TRT also plays a big factor in getting it healed.
Im now considering 85 - 90 % healed.
Dry needling sessions is also something i do now once in 3 months.
