Test E 500mg / Anavar 50mg - 10 Week Cycle (advice Please)

Hello guys! If anyone can glance over my cycle and just give the nod if good to go or advise if I've overlooked anything be much appreciated. :)

Was gonna go 15 weeks but might as well start off small and see how I go. Previously did a similar cycle a few years back so know I can tolerate the Test E and Var with little sides. Have added small doses of Adex which I can taper up if required and a tiny bit of proviron for labido, again can taper up as neccesary.

Aiming to eat around 2500 cals a day with at least 170g protein, lift 5 days a week and cardio for 30-45 mins 5 days a week with the aim to drop BF% and gain a bit of LBM.

Bloods getting done Friday so would like to get it all ordered and start by the end of the month / beginning of the next.

Test E & Var Cycle Week 1-10
Test E 2ml 500mg / E7D week 1-10.
Anavar 50mg ED week 1-8.
HCG (Sperm Protection) 500iu Mon/Thur week 2-11.
Adex (AI) 0.25mg E2D week 1-12.
Prov (Labido) 12.5mg E2D week 1-10.

PCT Week 13-15 (begin start of 3rd week after last Test E jab)
Clomid 50/50/50mg ED week 13-15.
Nolva 20/20/20mg ED week 13-15.

Extras
NAC for liver protection.
EAA's.
ALA for GDA.
Omega 3/6/9 for joints.
Flaxseed oil for joints.

Hello GetBig, was thinking of doing 10 weeks as it means I'll be in the clear for Xmas, as it would be nice to have a few drinks with the family that I only see once a year. I strictly won't drink on cycle for obvious reasons. Are those 2 weeks going to make a major difference?

What stats you after, the usual height, weight etc? See below. :)

Re your cycle
I’d run the test for 12 weeks, start the var at week 8 and run for 6 weeks. So you’ll overlap by 2 weeks. There’s no rule here, just the way I’d do it. Stronger orals are usually added to start of cycle to add size and strength quickly whilst the long acting oils kick in. But var doesn’t offer too much on that front so better run at the end, especially considering your goals
Adex will be something you’ll need to monitor as you’ve mentioned
Prov won’t do much at that dose, especially as var will likely kill your libido. You’d be better off with something like cialis
Your pct is based purely on bro science. The wait 2 weeks from last jab is bollocks imo. I’d be waiting at least 4 weeks for the test to fully clear, pct won’t work if synthetic test is still in your system. Or you could base it on how you feel. The only way you’ll know 100% what your body is doing is through blood test. You may find you don’t even need to pct
OTC supps are pretty pointless unless you run them year round. Just adding a few omegas for 10 weeks just coz you’re on cycle won’t do much
I don’t understand your reasons for cutting your cycle short. Do it properly and if you fancy a couple of beers at Christmas, what harm will it do?
If you drink and diet is shit now, it’s all a waste of time if you stop just to go on cycle then go back to it once you’ve finished
What’s your current diet like? It’s very hard to give advice with little info on what the state of play is atm

No major gut and not what I would consider mega skinny but would possibly say I'm "skinny-fat"?

In which case I might as well up the dosage slightly to make use of all three vials if I go to 12 weeks? 3x 10ML @ 250mg/1ml. 12 weeks = 30/12 = 2.5ml/week (625mg). Will this be too much to do in a single pin once a week in the glutes?

I was also debating running Tbol as a kick starter but don't want to over complicate things too much. I'm happy to move the var toward the end if you think it will be more effective / beneficial? Would you add Tbol in for the first four weeks?

I used prov before but used the prov everyday at 25mg rather than every other day at 25mg which worked well, hence wanting to stick with something tried and tested.

I also used adex at 0.5mg every Mon/Thur but thought lowering the dose to 0.25mg and taking it more often (E2D) would be better this time round?

I run vitamins and oil 50% of the time (when I remember to take them). I rarely drink, probably once every eight weeks but just don't like the idea of mixing alcohol with steroids, especially when on an oral.

My current diet isn't regimented (strict eating times not set e.g. 08:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, 20:00) but I do eat wholesome foods. Chicken, turkey, steaks, salmon, peas, brocolli, veg in general, rice, pasta, bananas. I will be making a seperate thread regarding food / workout timing in the near future as this is something I want to be nailing as I believe it's the main issue holding me back.

Training wise I'm working out 4-5 times a week at the moment doing full body split (Chest/Tri, Back/Bic, Legs, Abs/Core, Shoulders) but will likely change to a Push Pull Legs routine which I can do 4-6 times a week whilst assisted focusing on those heavy compound movements (bench, ohp, squat, row). I have to be careful with deadlifts and will most likely avoid them completely as I have had back pain issues in the past.

Life style wise I work up and down ladders, rarely drink, don't smoke, but can be partial to eating excessively sometimes (I was a fat kid growing up).

Your plan looks decent and well thought out
If you’re job is active then I’d be thinking of increasing calories and particularly protein. It’s worth knowing your current macros so you can create a plan from that info. Your diets prob the most important thing if you wanna drop some fat.
If you’ve tried things before and it’s worked then no need to change it.
You’re cycle is completely up to you
In theory 2.5ml in one shot should be fine, but as it’s only your second cycle then maybe start with twice a week jabs until you’re used to it
625 test and an oral for 2nd cycle is plenty
Var or tbol is up to you. Tbol will be the cheaper option

6 1 and 79kg and needing to drop fat is the interesting bit as that's tall and light - wouldn't expect to be much fat with that weight so its almost certainly a dietary issue overall. Pics would make assessment miles better - hide face, nothing fancy just a front and back shot

otherwise if you very active at work maybe ease off the cardio a bit ? ensure training is hard ? and address diet..

could be done on diet alone most likely - by your own admission.

why not try to plan the diet a bit better - will get miles more results out of training and especially gear that way. timing helps a bit but its portion size/control and any 'snacks' that's most peoples slip ups
