you know your prepping when you busy dreaming and planning that bulk
why not assess each week re the cals....rather than set in stone an amount to increase.
not sure what your drug use will be and how your rebound is planned but marrying yourself to a set amount doesn't make sense to me
judge mirror, scales, feel and then go? just a though, as from your current cals you could prob bump up a few weeks no issue, then breath a little, see how the calories effect you then increase (unless you know you need a certain amount and want to race there)
might help mitigate some unwanted fat gain on the way up?
This is just a plan, of cause I would change it according to situation.you know your prepping when you busy dreaming and planning that bulk

How much water are you drinking?
Just adding in salt isn’t gonna rehydrate you
All those supps should have been in from the start imo
How knowledgable are you with regards to sodium, potassium and diuretics?
There are very serious consequences if you mess with these and don’t know what you’re doing!
Even people who do know get it wrong and end up very ill!
Diuretics aren’t needed if you’ve got your prep right imo
I drink about 2,5-3l a day, but it all going out just after drinking usuallyHow much water are you drinking?

Vitamin/mineral deficit was my mistake, and it is good I ve noticed and fixed.
There is a well known protocol by palumbo of diazyde, he claims it is quite potent and safe at low doses.
That's true, but there are some additional reasons, and I want to fix all of them. Today was a rest day, I felt good, let's look how would I feel tomorrow after shoulder/tricep training session.Maybe you feel bad because of the 1400 calories and lots of drugs?
'Personally I’d be drinking more and increasing closer to show
I defo wouldn’t be just plucking a diuretic protocol off the internet with no knowledge on it at all, it’s pretty stupid tbh
But it’s your body and if you’re willing to take those risks then good luck
Update
Some serious changes in nutrition
Stats for now
Weight: 80,7
Waist: 75
New macros:
1430 kcals
194 protein
17 fat
125 carbs
The new macro formula 54p/11f/35c
I've added carbs, and I ll try to hold them at 125 for now.
Products I have for today
Low fat cottage cheese 420g
Low fat milk 500g
Whey protein concentrate 21g
Haddock fillet 563g
Brown/red rice mix 94g
Soy sauce 40g
Peanuts 11g.
Have felt myself quite bad for the couple of days, and searched for the reasons.
It seems like I am quite dehydrated because I did not added any salt to my meals, and consumed a lot of coffee/green tea, and caffein has a strong natriuretic effect. Fixed it, by adding salt into my meals.
Also noticed a lack of vitamins C and of B group in my foods, so added them. This vitamins are not-sugar free, and I count the calories from them.
So the additions:
350mg magnesium
350mg potassium
5g of salt
500mg of Vitamin C
6mg of Vitamin B6, and others.
Also I've bought a diuretic: Dyazide, it contains
12,5mg hydrochlortiazide
25mg triamteren
Going to use it before the contest, wanna hear your thoughts(protocols of usage)
