cant admit I agree or see the logic in most of what you have done... when you could I think be in a pretty competitive position if you maybe did things in other ways.

Stupidest craziest thing I have ever seen.

All to make up for a bad prep.

I no I sound harsh but kid could of killed himsejf.

I use 1/4 tabs Diaz lol. 4 max

Decided to start bulking at Saturday. Because the things I eat now are crazy, and I will surely ruin my physique again eating like this for too long. So I will start with the average calories, at Saturday, this obviously will be better than eating tons of carbs and fats and enzymes(to survive) as I do now, my hunger is incontrolled, after the competition I ate 2 800g pizzas, along with 4 150g brownies, 2 kit kat bars, 2 nuts bars, than drinked a bit of Fanta, and than I felt very very bad.
 
Well done on the comp.

What did you learn and what would you change?
The first thing - I'll start my preparation 12 weeks out instead of 8, and would not use such caloric deficits hopefully.
The second - I will control my nutrition in the offseason, think this will be the most beneficial aspect.
And the third is all the moments about refeeding, water loss, Mineral/vitamin loss, and other little things that can help me to do the things easier.

You have good structure for bodybuilding you know. Any one with a good eye can see that.

I would look to work with a good nutritionist/coach soon for offseason and prep.

Don’t look at it like assistance look at it like paying for a educational course.

I worked with 2 very well known prep guys in my early days under the agreement they explained things and helped me learn. I was happy to pay more for there time.

That plus all my research and education at uni gave me the tools to then experiment and learn on myself and others.

You have pulled out an ok package for such a terrible approach to prep. Imagine what you could do with 8-12 months of guidance with your dedication and hard work.
