I'm currently 5 weeks out from my first ever bodybuilding show, this prep has been the highest I have ever taken my dosages by quite some margin. Highest doses iv ran before this prep were 500 test and 400 NPP.
Never really had a structured off season so once rebound and cruise is out of the way, its time to grow.
Just wondering what peoples opinions are on how high you need to push doses during the off season? prep should always be higher in terms of drugs, in off season you let the food and the training do the work. Or do people like to match their off season doses to maximise gains.
