'off Season' Dosages

I'm currently 5 weeks out from my first ever bodybuilding show, this prep has been the highest I have ever taken my dosages by quite some margin. Highest doses iv ran before this prep were 500 test and 400 NPP.

Never really had a structured off season so once rebound and cruise is out of the way, its time to grow.

Just wondering what peoples opinions are on how high you need to push doses during the off season? prep should always be higher in terms of drugs, in off season you let the food and the training do the work. Or do people like to match their off season doses to maximise gains.

use what you NEED to.. push the gear up as & when you need to keep strength/weight going up

interested to see what you're on for this prep & how much muscle you're holding. you got pics of current state of affairs? genuinely interested to see.. not trolling. just enjoy following peoples protocols for shows

you got a strict re-bound/grow phase planned after the comp? some serious amount of muscle to be added if its done correctly.. most good prep coaches will usually make you keep their services for a couple month post show.. just to make sure you don't undo all the work & gain as much muscle as possible when the body is so sensitive to calories etc

Ill upload my latest pics tonight, first 8 weeks were 750 test E + 400 Npp per week, then at 8 weeks out it switched to 350mg Test P, Mast P, Tren A and per week with 50mg winny ED.

Using a local coach who to be fair has been a help, not sure what im going to do post show though. We have talked about rebound but nothing set in stone, ill probably use him for the rebound and then possibly look elsewhere. Want to take a year out to grow so need to pick someone im confident with and stick with them till i choose to compete again.

Feeling good on it, i think the 750 test was too high, didn't like the feel of it. In future i think i would stick to keeping my test at 500 or maybe 600 max.

Was thinking of trying EQ for my growing phase, see how i get on with that, if anything it will be good for the appetite boost. What would be your go to off season cycle?

I only do 'off season' lol, but I've always used tren for everything really. 1200mg test E, 400mg tren e, 400mg mast e. is what I was on at my biggest/heaviest. I took a year off last year & just back in January.. currently on 600mg test (sus) & 100mg Var a day. changed rapidly tbh & just this week im upping the dose to 1200mg test, 20mg SD a day, 100mg Var a day + started adding halo/cheque drops pre WO. im 18 stone rite now, will post pics in a min.

when summer hits ill add tren, mast & probably drop all orals. orals fuck my appetite & hard to push weight up when on them

To be fair OP those comp doses are very sensible. If your happy low dose and growing with right Cals or depleting nicely then I personally feel never a need to go higher just because the net says you need to

Oh yeah don't get me wrong, I know they aren't high doses, just the highest I have used so far. I like to think ill try and get the most out of the smallest doses I need, im still fairly new to bodybuilding so probably competing too early lol but the prep has been great for me and has set me up perfectly to keep improving.

Does tren not affect your digestion or appetite? I tried to bulk in October last year and was struggling at like 3500 calories and im pretty sure it was the tren giving me some issues, thats why i want to try EQ next
 
Tren can, EQ might help a little there, also food choices (digestion that suits you as we are all different)
Orals generally kill my appetite but ive also used Tren in an offseason with 5.5k-6k calories too.......and its been ok..
