Feet Swelling

Mines never got that high so never acted any any of them. Highest was 146/75 I think before I had a procedure in hospital.

600-800 tren a week and never got high BP?

Did you lose it for a few months then old chap?

I’d try flush some water out TBH. Obviously holding a fuck ton and the Deca, high cals and weight gain in short space of time ain’t helping

Yeah
Upping my water
Going to add in dandelion root and high dose vit c
Maybe lower carbs more on non training days

And il be honest
As I’m training to get strong , that’s literally it not fussed about body comp atm
I have been adding a bit of shit kcals in everyday
Just cos I find it hard to get that amount of food from meat n rice

So it could be cookies , cereal, ice cream

Not excessive amounts to to bump up the daily amount

They don’t though do they mate.....

Sometimes you prob should though. Burying your head won’t end well.

Each to their own like...... I’d rather go docs and find out I’m sound than post a thread on Tm about it every 3 months asking is it still sound.

Daft init.... Put your mind at ease, ask the people who actually know what they’re on about.
Dunno yano coz if u think u myt no wa it is i recon its sound to try suttin then it no improvment go docs

So as soon as u miss a bone on, have dark piss, feel tired, hold water etc etc go docs? Id look at dropping dose and doing things like cardio cleaner diet etc etc personally then in cpl weeks if no improvment go docs

Half the ppl wud lie that there nt on peds when they go docs anyway do pointless

Well that’s just taking it to the absurd init.... You wouldn’t get too concerned over a one off would you. Have one bad shite and you don’t think it’s an issue do you? Have a few and it becomes a concern.

If you’re worried/concerned enough to post a thread on it then you might as well ask someone with at least a rudimentary knowledge on the subject rather than a bunch of people who lift weights, as funnily enough most of us aren’t even good at that so why bother trying to hand out medical advice, something we’re all even worse at.

If it was ye ma or sister or brother you’d all answer differently.

You’re right on the damage limitation stuff though and about the lying about their gear usage, the same cunts who moan about the pros not being honest about their drugs use aren’t even honest about their own, even when it’s in their best interests.

10/10 logic

First thing id ask me brother wud be wer the fuck ave u been all me life

Cheers man

Well I’m slightly concerned,
But as I’m only 5 weeks in to everything
I’m pretty sure that’s the cause
And even more so with the heat
Which I struggle in the best of time ,

BP feels ok
Iv had experience with elevated BP before
So I’m pretty sure that’s in check ,

But I think I’m gonna get checked just to be safe
You dont feel high BP
Even though you've not had it before doesn't mean it wont happen
You've said you've not run this amount of gear before
Water retention, regardless of the cause will cause high BP
That should be your priority

Completely agree with what you're saying but nothing wrong with asking for for advice from people who've had the same experience
Unless someone is a complete hypochondriac or you need immediate attention then you're always gonna try to resolve an issue yourself or at least monitor it. Of course you'll Google symptoms and ask questions, it's the world we live in now
We are even told to wait 2 weeks if you have an infection as the body should deal with it itself
This issue started when OP started using high doses and nailing junk food
To me the obvious thing to do would be to lower everything, or drop it completely if really concerned, not add more drugs
As that's what the doc will say
the body is reacting to all the shit being thrown at it in a short time, dont see the point myself as it cant be beneficial if you're feeling shit

Agree mate, nothing wrong with questions or answering them.

People should just stick to answering questions in subjects where they have acquired the relevant amount of knowledge to answer.

Everyone takes the piss about TM experts/TM doctors then a thread will pops up about some remote tribe in Indonesia only just discovered and everyone who posts is an expert who’s visited their chief for steak and chips.....

Leave it to the people qualified, if you can’t answer a question then point people to the relevant source of that information. There’s nothing wrong with accepting we don’t know or can’t assist people with potential medical issues nor should we be assuming people’s issues are minor or solveable.

Imagine the guilt if a fella came on here and we all said “ fine mate run some adex” then he ended up on dialysis as his kidneys failed?

Extreme but it could happen...

We should just all stay in our lanes

Tbf
The only way you'll be sure of a diagnosis is through scans, blood tests etc
Even a professional will be guessing just based on symptoms
