I’d work out your maintenance calories, then add 250 calories a day.
Train hard, rest hard and adjust from there
You should gain muscle with the very minimum of fat gain, with it being a first cycle you may even look leaner by virtue of being a more favourable bodyfat % at the end.
You can diet anytime on 250mg test a week afterwards can’t you. Make the most of your first one and try and add some quality muscle.
Thanks big chap, makes sense. Maintenance is 2400 so I’ll just stick 250 on top and see how it goes.
