I’d work out your maintenance calories, then add 250 calories a day.

Train hard, rest hard and adjust from there

You should gain muscle with the very minimum of fat gain, with it being a first cycle you may even look leaner by virtue of being a more favourable bodyfat % at the end.

You can diet anytime on 250mg test a week afterwards can’t you. Make the most of your first one and try and add some quality muscle.

Regarding the adex does the Dosage look right? What is the better option for Pct Nolva or clomid?

On 300mg e3d, id do 1/2 tab of adex with your jab. I’d prob skip the first week though. Not much point taking it until you’ve got the test in your system to aromatise.

If you need to increase it to a whole tabelt do so but that should be plenty.
 
So I've looking up more information online before I go ahead with anything. I have been looking a PCT I’ll add a link, can any one advise if this PCT is a bit over the top please.

My personal take on it would be this....

Leave it 4 weeks after your last jab then do 40 mg a day of tamoxifen for 2
Weeks then do another 2 weeks on 20mg a day. That’s probably enough.

If you want to really make sure you recover and maybe want to get the best head start on recovery then do a vial of hcg over 5 shots over the first couple of weeks as well. That’ll be 5 shots of 1000iu, you’d do one shot every 3 days

You could also add 10mg clomid a day to it but this is only if you are staying off for some time. It might even improve on what you have pre cycle.

If you’re not staying off for long don’t bother with the hcg or clomid.


I personally wouldn’t bother with any of it if not staying off any length of time, I’d just drop to 100mg test once a week.

That’s about as complicated as it ever needs to be
