Your body has adapted to use fat over hundreds of thousands of years of evolution. Every cell in your body is more than capable of using several energy sources simultaneously.
Becoming fat adapted is like becoming water adapted or oxygen adapted. It’s bollocks.
If you’re only gonna feed it fat and minimal sugar then that’s what your cells are gonna use. Fat and minimal sugar.
