So my first cycle is coming to a end soon (test-e)I’m really pleased with how it’s gone.

I’ve gone from 10.10st to 12.7st. I have put on a bit of fat (and water retention) but mainly muscle.

I will be cruising on a low dose test until my next cycle. I’m looking at how best to keep my gains once off, any pearls of wisdom lads?

Just start another cycle no? It was only test e, what harm you think its done?Why cruise, are your bloods off, do you feel you need a break??

If you are going to cruise, I'd say your all in and are not bothered about recovery?

Happy to take them on board. I’m just going on what I’ve read online.

I assumed the best thing to do would be come off or cruise for 6/8 weeks?

I’ve got my next cycles already which consist of Test-e again but slightly higher dose 500mg-PW along side some Var. Would it wise to jump straight into it or cruise for a while?

Up to you, but you've just added 20lbs , is it uncomfortable? Your breathing, fitness ok ? What's your end goal? How quick do you wanna get there? How far will you go?

Shouldn't really give advise as i don't practice what I'd preach, just surprised your cruising after your first cycle if test e that's all mate.

Yes but you have to make the decision which is a big one. Cycle (coming off and recovering) or B&C. Only you can make that decision. How old are you?

If you do decide to B&C then what you state is perfect.

Fair enough mate.

Goals are (loosely) to bulk up to a reasonable size 13/14 st (I’m only 5ft10) and then get super cut. Happy to take things at a leisurely pace. Fitness and breathing are fine

I’m 33 mate, definitely going to B&C. I was adamant that I was going to come off at the beginning. I’ve made my mind up on a second cycle and already bought the goods lol, so was thinking it best to cruise rather than put my body through PCT.

Well, your plan above is a good one IMO
 
Cruise for at least 2 months and let your body adjust to the extra mass gain
Imo you need to have a period of maintenance so the other areas of the body can catch up with the muscle you've built
Dont drop cals too much, just clean the diet up if you've had a little junk in there
Keep training hard, you may just have to have a little extra recovery
150-200mg for your cruise

Diets has been reasonably strict so that shouldn’t be to much trouble. I was thinking of trying to maintain weights at the gym but possibly lower the volume, not sure what your thoughts on that?

My cycle dose was approximately 420mg PW( fairly mild) so I’m thinking 150mg would be a good place to start, would there be any reason to up the cruise dosage?

Yes, I'd be looking to maintain strength in the gym
I just go by how I feel and dont really schedule training and rest days, just gotta be a bit more sensible on a cruise to ensure recovery is adequate
The idea of a cruise is to maintain as much muscle as poss from your blast using as little test as poss
150 should be fine for your stats
But as it's your first go at it then may require some trial and error
 
only drop volume if recovery is impaired. which prob wont happen if you stick to it hard - and even then prob not for a month or so - the heavier the pre cycle the more chance. But essentially you need to do all you were doing on cycle but be even more focused as diet slippage cant be made up with gear when your cruising. Its a very 'honest' time to see what you have really done. As Pooley said you need to think of this as a time to hold and consolidate what you have just gained else your pissing in the wind on a merry go round
