Bulk Up Without Being Over Weight

If u burn the Cals ur intaking then u wont have a surplus to become 'Fat'
 
What I can do is have less fatty foods and have protein mass gainer low in fat and burn some calories in the gym while bulking up then I won't be look fat while trying to look lean.

Is that a good idea
 
I will eat clean foods like vegetables fish, freekeh a type of durum wheat which is better then quinoa and less expensive etc..

I feel protien mass gainer helps to keep fat levels down while upping your calorie intake.

I will buy some protien mass gainer and continue to eat clean food and see if any improvements on my muscle mass.
 
It's different I'm talking about different subjects mean bulking up without being over weight the other one is about Bulking Body Fat Around 12%
 
If you want to bulk up but you're worried about being overweight then you don't really want to bulk up
 
I'm not worried being overweight cause when you bulk up to gain muscle mass BMI can't tell how much muscle mass you gained it will say your over weight Infact your not over weight at all just need fat level to be down.
 
BMI doesn’t really indicate whether your overweight, maybe for people who don’t train at all (in your case it may be relevant as guessing you haven’t done much training at the moment)

bodyfat is what determines whether your overweight, and people’s (and your own maybe) perception of this also depends on how much muscle mass you have. Ie 280lb at 20% is very different to 140 at 20%

I really wouldn’t worry at the moment about cutting or bulking, I would just train hard and consume sufficient protein. That will resolve many of the questions and issues your having
 
My question can you bulk up without going over weight.

My body fat is around 12%

I Weigh 59kg hight 5 ft 3.

at 59kg you need to eat my friend.....

anyone with any degree of muscle should be overweight according to the general docs readings of weight, if not then you dont have much muscle!!

list your current diet

you dont need mass gainers at that weight FFS..... your lighter than offseason bikini girls....
of course dont eat crap, no need to......lets see a typical days eating for you and some pics
