Hi all, long time lurker first time poster!
I'm looking for some help in regards to my cycle, got a few cycles under my belt
Disclaimer.. Been on TRT since ive been 22 due to low T.
1st 300mg Test E 12 weeks
2nd 500 Test 50 Dbol 600 EQ
3rd 450 Tren E 200 Mast E 150 Test E Anadrol 50 and 30 Dbol for 3 week kick start
4th (first "cut") this cycle was awful.. 525 Tren A, 100 Test E 300 Mast E 50 Var 25 Winnie for 8 weeks 50 mcg T3
the 4th cycle i went OTT and it was too much for me at this stage and i did not have nutrition and training on point and it showed in my sub par results. been on 200mg test since then for ther last 10 weeks and ive gained more and cut more fat at the same time than what i did on the cycle (i used tren to make up for my lack of training and nutrition) as i worked on my nutrition and training style, i now feel i am ready for my next cycle to finally get big yet lean.
This is going to be one of my last bulkinh cycles for a while as i want to be a 10% lean 95-100kg guy and have a good level of cardio
Bumped my test to 600mg 4 weeks ago and feeling great, ran 30mg superdrol as a kick starter and ive gained a lot of muscle and strength in the 4 weeks, i felt amazing but tired on it, hard to get out of bed, but i found 2 Vit C tabs sorted that out till later in the evening. howeever im looking to introduce tren back into the mix for a lean gain cycle (currently 14%, looking to end this long low dose cycle at 12% but be 90kg) btw im 5"9. im thinking 200mg-300mg for the nutrient partitioning effect? i dont get the agressive behaviour from Tren, its more it makes me happy and more chilled. I'm looking to finish this cycle with 100mg Var ED for the last 8 weeks.
currently eating 225g Protein, 250g Carbs and 30g fats
I'm looking to gain as much lean mass, please let me know if there is anything i need to change or clean up, current training is going well with great progression, should i add more tren, less tren? more test? i want to keep this as low as possible for doses. Also looking to improve CV health this cycle too even with Tren
Basically im looking for a low-medium dose long cycle (20-28 weeks) Would 200mg tren be enough or should i add more? i want to get in a good shape and size whilst my health is in its peak (i get regular cholestreol, health and heart checks and im in peak shape as the hot nurse keeps telling (shes fine AF))
