My friends have noticed a difference.

My diet isn’t great. Neither is my routine.

You only get back what you put in bud,keep going but maybe a few more reps and some lean protein,not shakes,real food to help you along.
You wouldn’t believe how hard you have to push to get results!

I’ve been doing 8 sets of 10 reps

back and biceps

Chest and tris

legs

shoulders

And roughly 30 mins cardio after

Ok my love I can do a 100 sets of each of those groups you quoted with a low weight,you get me?
but unless you add a bit more weight every week,change intensity,rest periods and do the reps with great form and different variations not a lot is gonna happen.
You need to walk out of the gym in bits EVERY time.
My last leg session with a PT re educating me shall we say,had me faint twice and be sick in the car park...my fault completely!
A bit extreme but I learned.a lot.
Going through the motions is simply not enough.

Hi guys,

Before I start I know it will take a lot of hard work to achieve what I want to achieve.

There is so much information online and tbh I wasn’t sure what to google so I thought I would ask on here

Here is my current body



You can’t really tell but I do have slight belly fat. I have recently spent 2 months smashing the Cardio to get rid of it, but I’ve been told I need to do weights.

This is my body goals






I don’t want to be MASSIVE. I just want to be lean with slight muscle.

I don’t really have a diet in place at mom. As I know I prob need to change it. But this is a typical day for me

2 poached eggs
Baked beans
Porridge

Grapes
Banana

Chicken and tuna

Protein bar

Protein shake

Salmon and veg

3 litres of water a day

I am really after advice on how much cardio to weights I should be doing

And also what type of diet to achieve my body goal. Do I keep drinking 3l of water a day?

I presume I need to but muscle on? Bulk? And then I cut to get lean?

little update below. Not a massive difference but I can see a slight difference myself

If you read my first post you will see my ideal body goal. Tbh I just want to be lean. With slight muscle.

I have downloaded the My Fitness pal app and to lose a certain amount of weight I need to eat 2,500 calories a day.




Already I have gone over my calories. But I haven’t even exercised yet. Should I be meeting my calories before I exercise? If I go for a run I will burn around 350 calories so I will break even?


 
AFAIK mate you eat to the target amount. If you set to say lose 1lb a week then it gives you the required amount as a target.

Anything more will just lead to more or faster weight loss over time.
