Back In The Gym..2021

May 3rd nabba wales again, nabba are changing age now so over 45 that will make more competitive..the over 40s in the finals were insane, so wont be going up there sgain lol

Cheers still trying to find a system to get them to grow, so its a top set then one back off set...all out, enjoying it tbh.
Heavy front squats, mod rep back squats and high rep leg press has worked for me
Knees have felt loads better since dropping extensions

do you track your weight on scale or don’t bother? I just go off tape and progression in the gym now now as the scales just make me a fat cunt lol

Have you tried front squatting, I find it uses less lower back and more through the core

Never tried it mate...i could maybe do a few light sets after legpress to get into it, plus quads would be pre exhausted too so no need for big weights?

I much prefer it over back squats as main quad exercise
Takes a little time to get used to as balancing the bar across the chest feels awkward at first
Start light and maybe on the Smith to get technique but once you get it I think it's a great exercise
