Does anyone use them? There seems to be more a selection these days. Even the ones from muscle food look decent.
Or just go to hot deli counter in supermarket, chicken and rice will be less than a prepped meal.I think you can do meals yourself for cheaper with not too much time required tbh.
If you are really pushed for time or can happily afford spending prob twice what you need to on food then fair do.
maybe just for a few meals here and there, or if a good offer is on perhaps...
I agree with this. I’ve said before 1/2 chicken from marks they do 3 for 7£ and then bag of micro rice from lidl is 49p. Works out about £1.80-2 per chicken rice meal.Or just go to hot deli counter in supermarket, chicken and rice will be less than a prepped meal.
Imo it's a novelty and a convenience, the price charged for which is too high for me.
Or for people who have the cash and can’t be fucked prepping the odd meal themselves.Prepped meals are for retards. £3-4 for something that costs under 50p to make yourself, times 3-6 times a day, 7 days a week. Probably taste like school dinners too.
200g chicken thigh = 40p, 100g white rice = 10p, throw on some random seasoning and you've got basically the same thing as one of those crappy "meals".Or for people who have the cash and can’t be fucked prepping the odd meal themselves.
What meal can you pull together for 50p? FFS! Something off the Leedalifter menu.
Veg? You get random seasoning for free?200g chicken thigh = 40p, 100g white rice = 10p, throw on some random seasoning and you've got basically the same thing as one of those crappy "meals".
