Last meal of the day 250g serloin some piss sticks and some apple...tren up a bit this week all easy so far, never really hungry which is good...job done

Yes me too im deffo better more shape i think, diets spot on and easy to follow.
Im doing a carb cycle again with 4days low carb 40 or so grams and just over 2 days 300 300 just to fill out a touch before mon...proteins near 300 atm strength is starting to rise again now so happy days...
 
Changing diet a bit as cant stand stink of fish anymore! Will just change to chicken so next two weeks is...
Meal 1, 12 eggs (3yolks) and supps .

50g whey and intra aminos apple..

Meal2 and 3 chicken n rice, veg..

Meal 4 large steak veg...whey drink
Slightly leaner 2 weeks in..carb up this week was 400g fri 300g sat 100 today doing no cardio still..

Carbs are super low through the week and its really hurting..feel like a zombie and using 50 % of weight or less in the gym..but its all about getting shredded and its not easy..im still reasonably heavy and size is good, prob down to very little cardio..still hopeng to be in shape by may
For a show or il keep on until im ready and do one of those wank pca shows, should be ok though.
Ive stopped all the tren n stuff its a waste of time, just gonna do test prop tbol n var till the end, i look better already and feel better.
 
Little update..alot of shows are being cancelled, nabba shows coming up could be run with no audience..im not to sure ide take part now seems pointless...il keep on diet anyway and just get into shape but not sub 5% just lean and if a show comes along later..this virus is fvcking things up big time...what if gym closes for a week or two...no good on prep is it ffs..so im not prepared to waste time and alot of money on this...
Current look is average half way through diet atm depleted n flat,
Strength pretty okish good size too, still no proper cardio going on.

Cheers mate... thats why il carry on diet, might as well.Will just switch to cheaper food sources now and eat below maintainance...low carb and a refeed fridays as long as proteins high shouldnt lose tissue hopefuly.

You're into it now so might as well make the most of it with no pressure on yourself
Then you'll either be in a good place to nail a prep
Or a nice rebound and grow again if you dont compete

Yes exactly would be mad to stop now..if the show goes on as normal il do it, if not like you say carry on longer get nice n lean and maintain a lower body fat while growing..putting less pressure on might work out well!

15st 11...just eating 3 times a day enjoying time off gym, can train upper body but not sure what to do about legs training at home, im certain they will shrink in size..so need some ideas????

They ain't gonna shrink if you keep them under some stimulus, they're just not gonna grow without overload
At home you gotta improvise
Bulgarian split squats
Goblet squats
Lunges
Good mornings
Spanish squat with a bench behind not using a band
