Great shape. V-taper looks ridiculous palLittle update..alot of shows are being cancelled, nabba shows coming up could be run with no audience..im not to sure ide take part now seems pointless...il keep on diet anyway and just get into shape but not sub 5% just lean and if a show comes along later..this virus is fvcking things up big time...what if gym closes for a week or two...no good on prep is it ffs..so im not prepared to waste time and alot of money on this...
Current look is average half way through diet atm depleted n flat,
Strength pretty okish good size too, still no proper cardio going on.

Yes exactly would be mad to stop now..if the show goes on as normal il do it, if not like you say carry on longer get nice n lean and maintain a lower body fat while growing..putting less pressure on might work out well!You're into it now so might as well make the most of it with no pressure on yourself

15st 11...just eating 3 times a day enjoying time off gym, can train upper body but not sure what to do about legs training at home, im certain they will shrink in size..so need some ideas????
