Week 4 Test E

I'm on week 4 of my Test E only cycle, eating 4000k cal a day mostly clean apart from one 500 cal cheap flapjack per day which I've always eaten.

I am looking to bulk up, enjoy my first gains.

I've put on over 4 kilos already, I look totally different and feel thicker, shoulders, width of biceps ect.

Absolutely loving it apart from two things, my legs have turned to stone and I'm my lower back seems to have blown up, feels tense a lot, I can no longer reach my toes stretching, is this normal?

Also has anyone ever driven their missus mad with muscle talk? I can't help myself after a pump as I'm doing it at home, I think it's starting to irritate her, this lock down isn't helping, hoping to get my muscle talk fix from here ay lol

Water retention and weight gain can lead to less flexibility, drink more water and stretch more will help with your problem..
 
Could the fact I'm only injecting my glutes be part of the issue? Does location matter much in terms of development?

I'm taking 300ml per week test E only, I have dbol but decided not to run it as it heightens BP and this Covid D seems more dangerous with high BP.

Not much cardio no. Nearly none.

Drinking lots of water, always have.

as Pooley said its going to be water retention - quick gains do this - gains in weight.

I know Pooley, unfortunately I was over excited to get started.

Honestly I'm pleased I did, this lockdown is so boring, it's given me a breather to take my mind elsewhere, working out in the garden today was brilliant, loving my gains, feel incredible

worried about BP and do no cardio........... easy fix right there then!

plus adding an anti e to start. even on 300mg Test some people need it....its individual

keep as active as possible
