Anyone up for a lockdown shape up?
Basically home workouts and shit who can sort themselves a decent change....
Now it doesn't have to be muscle gain or fat loss...
can be fitness improvement (faster runs, longer runs).
Can be number of press ups or Chins
Just some kind of improvements you make during this time to stay motivated
If you can currently do 20 push ups might want to aim for 50
If you can run 2 mile might wanna aim for 5
Etc
