Anyone up for a lockdown shape up?

Basically home workouts and shit who can sort themselves a decent change....

Now it doesn't have to be muscle gain or fat loss...

can be fitness improvement (faster runs, longer runs).

Can be number of press ups or Chins

Just some kind of improvements you make during this time to stay motivated

If you can currently do 20 push ups might want to aim for 50

If you can run 2 mile might wanna aim for 5

Etc

I pretty much haven't trained in about six years. I struggle to even do 10 press ups.

Most of my issues, I have over come.

Getting back into training has been my last battle.

I will aim to do 10 press-ups every night this week.

From next week I will go to 10 x twice a day.

The week after I will go for 10 x thrice a day.

So on and so forth.

On the 3rd week I will also start a 5 min skip once a day.

Everyone doing all these push ups challenges will find in 4 weeks massively internally rotated shoulders unless you do twice as much rear delt upper back work. Just a heads up

I will do. I can skip. Skipped for years, although when I start back I can usually do about 25 seconds. lol

Either way. I want to get back to my AVI look this year. Probably not as thick cause I ain't on gear, the abs and shoulders will do me, though.

I think I need to make it now, brah.
