I could flare my late more I think, back is an area I'm hitting with more frequency as I said.

Yes there's a big difference between contest condition and flat and untrained in about s month lol first thing am lol!

I'm off atm mate I was going well before the lockdown, the weight limit 6,0-6"1 is 220lb or 100kg I'm about 85 atm and having a long offseason. I didn't realise u have to do a regional qualifier in uk before u can do npc show abroad (doesn't matter where you place just that you do one) so I might have to wait longer!!

no i mean current front and back, 3 weeks out , hell if you dont look good then your fucked.... plus stand tall my man, you cant pose like that in classic, bar your routine. just wondered what your lats look like in say back double or back lat spread and a front relaxed or hands on hip most muscular without the huge bend forward

Will get some up today man, that was two years ago ^ above, I am working on posture and posing a lot as I feel it cost me, as I alluded to in an earlier post.
 
yeah exactly 2 years back, with respect means nada, you looked very good, so no reason to assume you cant look like that again, just a bigger version. If your max is 100 you want to be a good deal heavier than that even minus drugs...im in the biggest classic class and my limit is 109 and Im currently 122kg 16 weeks or so out, and thats after being in hospital and doing nothing for a few weeks - not that im any good! just more an illustration that there are some BIG boys in classic, you dont want to be 15kg shy of the limit in the off season!

Yes there is a lot of work to be done mate, I know there are some absolute units in classic. I'm gonna have to push the food and improve exponentially if I'm to do well. Just enjoying the process as well as I lost sight of a while back!! What class you in is it classic physique?
 
Class D NPC/IFBB pro league, i had done the old IFBB before and that was horrendus as had to be96/97kg!!! i was shredded but very very stringy

Yes I had trouble getting up to weight, classic p is good as u can fill out a lot more. Do u compete in the US?
