Share Your Trt Journey

Hello to all of you who are doing / regularly drop to TRT.

Just wanted to share some of my experience costs and thoughts with my TRT and see what others are taking/doing so please share your experience to.
Id like to add i am not giving advice and don't really know enough to do that - but nevertheless wanted to share what i have done.

Started doing AAS when i was around 22, was / have been always fat and really had no place doing AAS but it allowed me to gain a good foundation of muscle and kept me a little happier.
I have always wanted to get the shredded look and i thought steroids would give me that.....i never achieved it.
-Takes a while to get into your head that roids are just an extra tool and its all about getting the food right to something sustainable, and moving a bit more.

Stopped doing AAS and never fully recovered to a reasonable testosterone level, got brain fog, felt tired , Never had any ED issues or anything like that just felt tired and shit. Most import reason was i recently had a son ( 1.5 years ago ) and felt no motivation to get up and play with him / entertain him.

Ended up with an online company optimale and started to feel good, Ended up paying £100 consultancy fee, then £125 per month for test enanthate and HCG.
The starting protocol was 100mg per week test enanthate, injected Monday / Thursday 0.2ml
The company and service is fantastic, but i Found this quite expensive so did some further research.

I ended up joining the ledger clinic and found them to be very good, you get sent your prescriptions via post and go to a pharmacy to pick up your medication. Currently the official protocol with him is Sustanon250, 125mg per week Monday/Thursday and 500iu hcg Monday/Thursday
( 1000iu per week ) , i also have 2.5mg tadalafil a day , and some Exemistane ( Aromasin ) , perscribed for Gyno prevention.

Because i am a very naughty boy I do 0.2ml sus 250 mon/weds/fri for 150mg per week.
Even on these "lower" dosages i do get "gyno" symptoms and very high e2 levels, so i end up taking some exemistane. I plan to try and wean off them eventually and find the right dosage of test so i don't need an AI.

I am not affiliated with any of these companies below! i am just sharing my research- what you can simply google, i just wanted to save someone some time / put it into perspective as i wish someone had done that for me from the start.

Costs

https://legerclinic.co.uk/ Based in Doncaster Costs £175 consult fee, Then £19 per month for the first year, then only £14 per month the year after.
You just get sent your prescriptions and buy your medication, monthly average is £72.50 year 1, year 2 £58
( pharmacy prices are Sust 250 at 3.50 ish per 1ml ampule and hcg 36 per vial)

www.drjefffoster.co.uk/ Based in Warwickshire Costing £125 consult fee every 6 months ( 250 per year)
Same as above you can get prescriptions however this doc does not like HCG or AIS so don't expect any without real medical need. Monthly average is around £49.16

https://www.optimale.co.uk/ London Based, £100 consult fee, £125 a month if you do hcg, 89.99 per month if you do Test enanthate only
Year 1 £133 , Year 2 £125

themenshealthclinic.co.uk/ Dorset based, Probably the better of all the TRT clinics in my opinion, and a great doctor who gives some great advice. Price year 1 is around £2079 £173 per month and price year 2 is around £1270 £105.83 per month. this is with several consultation fees, AND blood tests included.

balancemyhormones.co.uk London based, I have 0 experience with this company and only done a quick google search , i only see a quote for TRT treatment packages between £70-113 per month, but you also have to pay £200 consult fee, so year one £130+ per month, after, around 100 per month?
The only thing i can add about this company is on a Facebook post from a group i am about them saying they like to find things wrong and give you extras as in AI and various other things such as thyroid medication. This one particular guy Said he ended up paying £173 per month to them.

GYMBuddyJoe Obviously Underground routes are substantially cheaper but you cannot guarantee the gear. and you do not have a doctor to oversee you.... at my local supermarket, its HCG for £25 and Test E 300 10ml for £35 , so your yearly cost on this basis would be £ 27-£30 per month ( if you follow the doctors protocol)

I didn't research and other companies or places, as im not aware of any others!

Hope its an interesting and informative read for you all and you can share you experiences too!

how do you make the underground route price add up ?
125mg per week and £35 per vial.
if dosed at 200mg per ml ( reasonably standard ) that vial is going to last 2months.
so the testosterone cost is £17.50 per month.

HCG, I dunnow how much this costs and I'm also a bit lost why people use it on trt

also you cant guarantee the gear with the underground route ( your words )
but you also add additional testosterone to your prescription.
so where is the additional test coming from ?
your doc ?
so hes prescribing an amount for your trt but slipping a bit extra in for your muscles ?
sounds shady as fuck or you are buying underground sourced gear that you cant trust.

your also using trt as a feel good description for running steroids

ok.

as mentioned above Test enanthate 300 at £35 , This works out at 3000MG of Test for £35, That is 24 weeks at 125mg. averages out at £1.42 a week or £6.15 a month
HCG 5000 IU is £25 , £5 per week at 1000 IU or £21.60 per month
Added together (6.15 +21.60) £27.75
#Prices may Differ this is just going off the broatthegym from a while ago

The added i take Comes in because i take an AI , and with 125mgs test my 1/4 tab of aromasin every 3 days brings my oestrogen to low after doing blood tests. This is the medication from my doctor i am taking not some random shit.
at 150mg of test , with my blood tests and AI i take, my oestrogen is in range and less likely to cause adverse health affects - and no gyno.

Edit : Not against Taking UGL stuff, i would go that route for extras if i want to blast
Also in terms of the HCG as far as i was told from Doc , It is to some degree to maintain fertility, and stimulate the testicles to produce sperm, in the same way natural LH/FSH would. In Addition to this Stops your balls looking like tic tacs.

Im Far from an Expert, and the idea of the thread was to tell people what i have found was out there and prices if anyone was interested.

The idea behind trt is to make yourself feel good and get your hormones into a healthy range, if that's what 150mg test gets me at / makes me feel good so Thats what i run.

The Docs had my bloodwork and is happy with the results, Thank you for looking after me and being concerned for my health :) Much brolove

I can't possibly imagine there being an difference between taking 125mg a week vs 150mg. Just an extra jab for no reason.

Sounds a bit ridiculous to me.

You pay a clinic to manage the protocol yet run your own? You then get gyno symptoms from the dose you use, thus are clearly using a supraphysiological dose of test, hence high oestrogen. So you then add more test because the ai you use as a result of that gives you low oestrogen?

Seems a strange move to me chief?

Yes i seem to be super sensitive to the AI and sensitive to the Testosterone converting to e2 its taken me a while to get somewhere i dont get sore titties.

Bloodworks
125mg test no ai : e2 at 270pmol/l + Gyno lumps + sore tits

Below with AI Monday.weds,fri 6.25mg exemistane ( 1/4 tablet )
125mg test ; e2 at 35pmol/l ( too low )
150mg test : e2 at 70pmol/l ( within range )

E2 at 270 on 125mg a week?

Christ.

Out of curiousity, How does that frequency of ai use affect your ALT and lipids?

They are awfull
Cholesterol 4.69 0 - 5.0 mmol/L
HDL L 0.42 >1.1 mmol/L
LDL H 3.73 <3.0 mmol/L
Non HDL Cholesterol H 4.27 <4 mmol/L

How or why did you end up with a online clinic ?

Well i was feeling Really shitty for a while so decided to get a medichecks wellbeing test
and my testosterone came back at

8.21nmol/L
Range is 8.64 - 29 R

Did a google of low testosterone and seen optimale and ended up speaking with them, took a second blood test after 12 weeks , had low test again (9nmol/l ) and spoke to their doctor and they suggested i try TRT

yep that's bottom end for sure, did you go to medichecks because of previous AAS usage?
Most people unless familiar with them through AAS usage wouldn't be aware of them imo.
Were you long off cycle when you took initial tests ?

Yes mate used them before because i have run 2 cycles in the past, I was off cycle for at least 9 months before i took the test

When i finished my cycle i did a pct of 500 iu per day of HCG for 10 days, Then 1 week 100mg clomid 40mg nolva, then 3 weeks 50mg clomid 20mg nolva. ( was advised to do this by a Gymrat )
