Hello to all of you who are doing / regularly drop to TRT.
Just wanted to share some of my experience costs and thoughts with my TRT and see what others are taking/doing so please share your experience to.
Id like to add i am not giving advice and don't really know enough to do that - but nevertheless wanted to share what i have done.
Started doing AAS when i was around 22, was / have been always fat and really had no place doing AAS but it allowed me to gain a good foundation of muscle and kept me a little happier.
I have always wanted to get the shredded look and i thought steroids would give me that.....i never achieved it.
-Takes a while to get into your head that roids are just an extra tool and its all about getting the food right to something sustainable, and moving a bit more.
Stopped doing AAS and never fully recovered to a reasonable testosterone level, got brain fog, felt tired , Never had any ED issues or anything like that just felt tired and shit. Most import reason was i recently had a son ( 1.5 years ago ) and felt no motivation to get up and play with him / entertain him.
Ended up with an online company optimale and started to feel good, Ended up paying £100 consultancy fee, then £125 per month for test enanthate and HCG.
The starting protocol was 100mg per week test enanthate, injected Monday / Thursday 0.2ml
The company and service is fantastic, but i Found this quite expensive so did some further research.
I ended up joining the ledger clinic and found them to be very good, you get sent your prescriptions via post and go to a pharmacy to pick up your medication. Currently the official protocol with him is Sustanon250, 125mg per week Monday/Thursday and 500iu hcg Monday/Thursday
( 1000iu per week ) , i also have 2.5mg tadalafil a day , and some Exemistane ( Aromasin ) , perscribed for Gyno prevention.
Because i am a very naughty boy I do 0.2ml sus 250 mon/weds/fri for 150mg per week.
Even on these "lower" dosages i do get "gyno" symptoms and very high e2 levels, so i end up taking some exemistane. I plan to try and wean off them eventually and find the right dosage of test so i don't need an AI.
I am not affiliated with any of these companies below! i am just sharing my research- what you can simply google, i just wanted to save someone some time / put it into perspective as i wish someone had done that for me from the start.
Costs
https://legerclinic.co.uk/ Based in Doncaster Costs £175 consult fee, Then £19 per month for the first year, then only £14 per month the year after.
You just get sent your prescriptions and buy your medication, monthly average is £72.50 year 1, year 2 £58
( pharmacy prices are Sust 250 at 3.50 ish per 1ml ampule and hcg 36 per vial)
www.drjefffoster.co.uk/ Based in Warwickshire Costing £125 consult fee every 6 months ( 250 per year)
Same as above you can get prescriptions however this doc does not like HCG or AIS so don't expect any without real medical need. Monthly average is around £49.16
https://www.optimale.co.uk/ London Based, £100 consult fee, £125 a month if you do hcg, 89.99 per month if you do Test enanthate only
Year 1 £133 , Year 2 £125
themenshealthclinic.co.uk/ Dorset based, Probably the better of all the TRT clinics in my opinion, and a great doctor who gives some great advice. Price year 1 is around £2079 £173 per month and price year 2 is around £1270 £105.83 per month. this is with several consultation fees, AND blood tests included.
balancemyhormones.co.uk London based, I have 0 experience with this company and only done a quick google search , i only see a quote for TRT treatment packages between £70-113 per month, but you also have to pay £200 consult fee, so year one £130+ per month, after, around 100 per month?
The only thing i can add about this company is on a Facebook post from a group i am about them saying they like to find things wrong and give you extras as in AI and various other things such as thyroid medication. This one particular guy Said he ended up paying £173 per month to them.
GYMBuddyJoe Obviously Underground routes are substantially cheaper but you cannot guarantee the gear. and you do not have a doctor to oversee you.... at my local supermarket, its HCG for £25 and Test E 300 10ml for £35 , so your yearly cost on this basis would be £ 27-£30 per month ( if you follow the doctors protocol)
I didn't research and other companies or places, as im not aware of any others!
Hope its an interesting and informative read for you all and you can share you experiences too!
