Ahhh man Hornblower was my childhood go-to read, such a good series of books, the TV series was a bit soft haha, same with good old Sean Bean in Sharpe... I was gutted they cut Vikings in half... the ending was such a cliff hanger!! Was literally screaming at my laptop haha

Been told to watch "12 Strong" too, apparently it's mad.

Yeah I loved Sharpe seen them all many times over. Pete Postlethwait was brilliant as well as Bean. Great cast.

I've seen the 12 Strong movie it was decent didn't blow me over but it was a while ago I saw it.
 
Not a film but just watched After Life. I wasn't expecting to like it because I can't stand Ricky Gervais usually but it was brilliant.
Really well written, brilliant characters, hilarious and a bit sad.

finally someone else who thinks gervais is as funny as a bowl of hot sick


Extraction is ok, its like watching Call of Duty..... seems like its super low budget and they blew it all paying for the lead actor

watching Banshee....didnt see it first time around.....not bad...easy to watch

Last Kingdom is very good, enjoying it more than vikings id say now....vikings was very very good, just dipped a bit.
 
Just watched Capone with mumbling Tom Hardy mumbling even more than usual.
Wow this is boring, seriously boring. Can't belive I sat through till the end.
It's like if they made a film about Mohamed Ali and set the whole thing from when he was in a wheelchair.

Currently watching this about the Chigago Bulls famous team with Micheal Jordan.
I'm not a basketball fan at all but this is really interesting. I knew how good he was but you really see that he's ultimate competitor as well. Well worth a watch even if your not into basketball.

Just finished watching this last night. Never followed basketball but found this really interesting.

His will to win was something else
