Prednisolone And Aas

Long shot but has anyone on here got any experience of mixing prednisolone(corticosteroids) and AAS
Just started an 8 week course of prednisolone for a recurring health condition.
I’m currently 4 weeks into my first cycle of test e 500mg a week.
Just wondered as prednisolone is also a synthetic hormone whether there would be any interaction or sides.
Thanks

Prednisone? Cortisol medication? I'd be careful as AAS can raise cortisol anyway. Health comes before gear.

Yeah prednisolone/prednisone same drug different name. Gonna see how I go because I’ll be tapering down the pred every week. Any weird sides or symptoms then I’m off and starting a PCT

What is the health condition pal?
Ulcerative colitis which is a bit like Crohn’s disease, been in remission for years and then suddenly a flare up mid cycle, Sod’s law. I’m pretty sure it’s not connected to the gear. Been doing great on my first cycle as well but appetite has gone since my flare up so trying to force feed at the moment. Hoping the pred gets it under control quickly.

My girlfriend has it

I’d say the only concern would be the increased food stressing your system

Be wary chief you don’t want it progressing any further than it already is

Just curious, if you've not had it for years, and it's re-emerged during your first cycle. How are you sure it's not gear related? Just sheer coincidence? One of my friends has crohns, he tried dbol when I did my first cycle, and his crohns flared up terribly, he ended up hospitalised. That's the reason I ask.

I’m pretty sure it was alcohol, I’m not a big drinker and went on a bender last weekend and that’s when it started. Have only myself to blame. I’ve been fine up until now and I suspect the gear would of flared it up sooner, plus it’s not going through my stomach and bowels. No one knows for sure what causes it and the flare ups but you sort of put 2 and 2 together and after a heavy nights drinking it flared up the next day

Well I have pancolitis which is my full bowel so I don’t think it can get much worse. I’ll get through it and won’t let it hold me back hopefully

Also as dbol is an oral, if you have any sort of inflammatory bowel disease or stomach issues the last thing you want to be putting in your digestive system is an oral steroid, the guy must have a deathwish

How old are you and what’s your stats this week Lee la?

24 or sticking with 35?

60 or 80kg?
Haha bro I was just trying to see if us roid heads had a sense of humour as since I joined a month or two ago all I seem to see is people posting crazy first time cycles. The truth, I’m 36 on 500mg of test e taken in one 2ml pin every Friday, first pin in quad never again, 2nd pin in glute not to bad, 3rd pin ventroglute no pip and now just alternate the ventros, I’m 5ft 8 started at 11 stone about a month ago currently I’m at 11 stone 10 lbs noticed some more definition but I’m sure a lot is water retention. I’m training pretty hard at home in my garage 4 days a week. Eating about 3000 calories a day, could be a cleaner diet but no ones perfect. Not noticed any gyno at all and I’m not taking any AIs but I’ve got arimadex at hand if needed. Obviously hit a little hurdle with this colitis flare and appetite gone, but I’m on meds now and trained hard tonight and felt good. I’m really undecided whether to start a PCT when finished or just cruise, what would people recommend if I was to cruise after my first cycle, would this just be stupid?? I have 2 kids and I don’t want any more and I’m not bothered about a bit of bollock shrinkage
