Cheats N Refeeds???

I believe in refeeds , trouble is mine last 7 days a week at the minute lol !!!
 
Con it's abit misleading u saying that ur 250lb and only used 750mg test .. I remember u saying on another board that u took 1000mg test and 600mg deca and prob other things on top of that ?
 
I have NEVER been ripped to the bone but also i have won both bb contests i have entered....it will do me just fine:D

Can't argue with that lol, one day I'll get on stage and do damage I'm sure :)
 
Just one of those many ways to skin the cat really isn;t it....

I do it because it works, plus it's nice to have a fvcking burger and chips with a load of cheesecake from time to time as it's a nice change from eating chicken, steak or ****ty fcking eggs.... christ i hate eggs.


Not arsed about the science but fat loss hastens for me if i add a decent 'cheat' window in every 7-10 days.... Results improve, mood improves.

I'm not a competitor or in this for any kudos you see, it's a recreational activity and i enjoy it, i've no interest in depriving myself and being miserable although i appreciate there's a line that i tread and it does often involve making a s 'sensible' choice..... But personally i don't derive any superiority complex from keeping a clean diet in comparison to anyone else, this is just how i do..... I certainly don't sit there thinking i'm billy big bollocks because i eat clean most of the time and other people approach it in a way i'd deem 'less committed'... I just do what works for me personally, not too arsed about why or which....

At any rate I only do it when i need to anyway... T3's a fvcking wonderful compound at the end of the day and it's a lot less arse than cooking 6 clean meals a day and living like a monk.


just curious What BF would you estimate yourself at currently mate ???

Lol, no i tried taking that and got an abcess in week 2 (really crap gear from the SSB sponsers)but thanks for following along so closely as that was like 4 years ago:D

I have gone a little higher for my first contest prep but it was waaaaaay over kill :-)
Nearly all my growing time was done on 500mg test and that's fact.
But it still was too much for my body...
 
Dunno mate, easily below 10% but i'm not anal enough to really give a sh1t, like i say it's a hobby. Atm im basically starving myself and hammering the t3 as i'm too lazy to eat, had 3 weeks off training as well and just got back in there and got the 4 sessions in for this week.... I'll keep this up a while longer and then in a couple more weeks i'll bang in a high dose, hammer a load of protein in shake format and gain the mass i've lost back.

Bigger/leaner and it was all very fvcking easy.


You can dick about with diet and manipulate your cycles or you can just bang in a load of drugs and do it the easy way.... I've not got a supremacy issue over the way i eat or train, it's just what i do to get from a to b. I don't gie a toss if it's unwise or unhealthy because it works.

People will do what works for them at the end of the day.


must be pretty gifted to hold sub 10 % BF whilst not giving a shiit :)

250lb with 750mg test at 5ft8 seems ok to me???

But yeah muscle wise i could have been bigger.
A lot of my time was focused on keeping weight down and doing pling...

Still big enough to cause a lot of hate when i went to my new gym today and interrupted the "sunday hard core trio" (3 guys who compete think they're super hardcore but not big talking not ripped 92kg 5ft11). But overall yeah feeling really small.........98kg atm and this is lightest i have been in years hell i was on stage at 97kg last year and my condition is a ways off contest currently :lol::angry:

Were all more similar than different in relation to meta and burning fat.

Also the gear comment, no one on this board but there also aren't any "fat" guys doing crazy feeds either here. On uk-m there's both.

Fact is guys that feed: Weeman, RAb, RS, Little Chris, Jord the list goes on come in better than guys that don't time and time again? (not just guys on here but everywhere amateur ..


Not actually arguing the point that they dont work,

Just questioning is it a fad, because more and more people are doing them when pyhsique wise they really have get no benefit from them, because as the people you rightly qouted are all competive and are in single digit bodyfat levels

The difference between a 300lb muscular man and a 200lb man with 20% can not be understated :-)

At end of day i always have people having cheat meals eventually because very few could just eat clean year round.
I just fail to see the importance to be as high as lets say @Max would state......plus i just like disagreeing with him lolol

If anything, a refeed/cheat spikes my metabolism no end. I always have my refeed/cheat on a friday and evening and i wake up saturday morning STARVING. This metabolism spike is further carried on throughout the weekend and early into the following week. Works for me.

Never really read up on porkers who do cheats/refeeds though?? Only really come across people up to circa 12%bf, no more.

When I was 240-250lb on loads of AAS and peps

I could eat whatver I wanted and stay lean all time, as I think I have proved on many occasions

In fact I have not dieted since I was 22 (last BB comp)

Altho have been porky a few times in between then and now
