Thankyou!

Want to get as strong as possible naturally and optimising diet and stuff like that before even considering drugs because my diet is HORRENDOUS.

Mate at your age keep doing what your doing and just eat big amounts. Great work on the deads.

New to this forum but plan to deadlift 273kg (600lbs+) before I turn 17:

Welcome to the forum
Fair play for putting the work in and having a goal
Keep doing what you're doing and most of all enjoy it
Its great to see a person your age having the mindset to achieve something like that

Great lifting mate!!

Some decent knowledge on the forum from powerlifters too. Do you plan to take the big step of competing?

Welcome.

Hate to be that guy but what weight are the plates out of interest? Are the Blacks 50kg each?

Just looks like 1 x black, 1 red, 1 x blue and a 10 on each side is the reason I ask

Very impressive lifting btw. If you stick with it you’ll be very very strong in a few years. Especially for your relatively light structure

K is right you should deffo think about competing, junior records can’t be far away

Hmm might be 210 actually. Regardless great lifting.

Probs just a mix of colour plates.
I had red 20s at my last place.
Sure OP can do the maths.

Those black plates are 25s, blue 20s, red 25s, and a 10 a side
How heavy are you op?
