Stacking Supplement Advice...

Looking for advice on supplements.

Been back in the gym for 12 weeks, doing 4 days. 2 push days and 2 pull days. Currently taking whey protein, creatine and BCAA’S. Been seeing very good results but now looking to step up every aspect of the training.

Moving onto a compound workout to focus on strength and mass training.

Looking for any supplements you would recommend to help supports this. Will be carrying on with protein, BCAA’s and creatine.

I actually quite like branch chains used intra with carbs. But really supplements don’t help a great deal. Focus on your diet would be time better spent

Creatine is as hardcore as it gets I’ve heard. Sounds like you’ve used all your tricks already. 12 weeks on creatine? You must be huge now

No legs?

whey protein is a good whey to get protein into your diet.
creatine is a usefull supplement and is cheap as chips so yes include it but its not like you will wake up like Arnold taking it.
BCAAs meh... adds a bit of flavour to water.

concentrate on your diet, actual food. This is where you will see the greatest results over any supplements. I class Whey protein as a food tbh. But I'd concentrate on solid food sources first, add whey if you struggle to get a solid meal in somewhere or to make your protein requirement if you can't get the solid meals in for some reason.

ZMA for sleep, curcumin (multiple benefits), vit D3, decent multi vit, fish oil etc

As others have said you'd get more out of a good diet than any supplement.
