what are u doing for Legs? you need basic stuff mate. Squats. Soon get size on these wheels. Nothing against leg press but squats will transform you into a stud.Hoping to get other parts of my legs up to par but parts of it are probably my most genetically gifted of my entire body.

not sure if you´re trolling bro ..but i will give you the benefit of the doubt.Honestly I never did shit for legs ever. That's why I said it's probably my best part because I carry the most size on my body there by far and only started squating, tippy toes (idk what it's called) and leg presses like last 3 or so months. Before that walking and biking was the only leg training I had lmao.
I have seen some stuff on hamstring curls, might start those as well. As it stands I only really have development in the thighs which makes it appear weird compared to other leg photos I've seen.

cycling in its self is great for quads. My Leg workout at the moment is multiple sets of squats & Stiff legged Deads & Calf work.
I do not go crazy with weights but go for the feel/burn. I honestly get better results doing at least 10 reps. I have a leg extension/curl bench at home but hardly ever use it. I do like them but i just think basic. squat i mean it´s the most basic thing you can do. I have a staionery bike at home so i use that too along with cycling around on my mountain bike. cycling is great. I used to run a fair bit but i find cycling better now.

125/57kg bar curls for 3. Just felt like trying some higher weight. Not happy with form.
