Personal Trainers

It’s really not that hard mate.
especially in the beginning.

pick a workout. Don’t chop and change for at least a year. I’d make suggestions but no idea of your aims.

Aim of the game is progression. If your workouts aren’t progressing then neither will
Changes in your body.
That’s not to say every workout needs to be more than the last because we’re Human and shit happens. But generally, a little bit more is the goal. Be it weight or reps or volume or intensity.

food?
Bin drink off, it’s the absolute worst.
Eat lean meat and veg. Fresh unprocessed stuff over processed. Log what you eat in my fitness pal or similar and of you’re not progressing as you wish then look at changing what you eat.

basic shit that is the cornerstone of any program to change your body.

put it in the bin. If you can’t train or eat properly then you’ll end up wasting money and your health and the drugs. Just cut out the middle man and throw it away

Gotta be a troll.
It's like buying a car and then asking how to learn to drive. Really, are you that lazy to use google?

Don´t really need a trainer just pick some brains on here & other sources. I am saying this as i used to work in Gyms. The Trainers will not show you some magical exercises or diets. As G-G said just keep it simple. indeed in weight training they say this KISS "Keep it simple Stupid" something like that. what will work for you that is up to you. I might Bench you might prefer declines. I might smash cardio, you might hate it.
Also it´s good to have a training partner to work together.

If you're just starting, you've got so much natural potential to start with before doing any gear. You'll gain rapid increases in strength just after a few weeks.

If I'm starting back after time off, i start off light with an all over body routine 3 or 4 times a week. Increasing weight and reps every workout and getting your body used to lifting weight. Once your passed the initial doms, I train specific body parts over a split routine, there's plenty to choose from.

After a few years and you feel like you've plateaued and you've got some experience, knowledge and dedication, then you might want to consider some gear. Doing it now will just cause harm and you won't get much out of it.

going to have a pork chop & apple sauce for tea. just thought i would share this.
