Mr. Olympia 2021

some take horrendous amounts, ive trimmed a number back who have come to me as amateurs, and using 4-5g plus! ... 150-200 winstrol A DAY on top of Tren, Halo..... in some ways worse than BB because they want to look shredded year round...

MP hasn't been natty attainable look for years, despite the NPC guidelines saying that...

Yer not achievable without taking dangerous amounts of the creatine and protein shakes

Just looked him up yes that is the physique that should win. Or like a Jeff Seid type physique.

This dude that won don't get me wrong has an amazing physique however it's not even close to a natty attainable physique not to mention he looks like flex wheeler if flex took like half the gear and threw on shorts lmao.

Ryan Terry has great legs, just because they are covered by board shorts don't assume they have no legs.

Feel foe Ryan Tbh, he does exactly what the class requires and the judges tell him to do for 'next time' and he drops down placings bringing exactly what he's supposed to
Great result at UK Arnold though

Ryan is a great guy, I have met him many times. I feel he is the ideal achievable healthy look, these dicks that run Olympia just want freaks, they could add a toddler section and within 3 years only toddlers on serious cycles will be winning

Seems absolutely ridiculous to me to get up onstage to present your physique but your required to wear board shorts and cover your legs up

Totally pointless class imo
I think the owners said they want Bermuda shorts nut no one can find them anymore

Yep big fan of his Physique... very good result but he was expected to win IMO, the man to beat on that stage, having been an Arnold champ and a 2nd place at Mr Olympia.... he's one of the Elite of the sport...

He was and the first year he came second, that was fine now last time he came 6th his other competitors are getting bigger less achievable and less desirable looking bodies. The idea is to look good on the beach not uncomfortable

he is still in the Elite - Top 6 Olympian , 2nd Place Olympian and 3x Arnold Champ kinda tells you something!!!

... as for what its become now....well the IFBB don't agree with you, and its there competition, same as the Arnold and the Olympia owners also dont disagree else there would be change.. there has been some subtle changes in judging in some shows ive seen. Its nothing to do with looking good on the beach its a BB class now... as for less desirable I would disagree with you, Mens Physique is the most popular mens division in amateurs, and the busiest class in the Pros, a shit ton of guys think Brandon looks amazing....

we all have our opinions on what a class should be but each year you get told what it is by who wins Olympia (and Arnolds)...this is the judges waving a big sign saying this is the best physique in that class

Nah they are wrong I am right. If only someone like the Rock would come in and shake up bodybuilding :whistling:

well he pulled out / postponed due to covid, and even then he is still using the same judges and catagories as current. he has Robin Chang working with him who used to organise Olympia pre Jake Wood takeover...and runs all the overseas parts of the NPC/IFBB...

not sure how much he can shake up.... Jake is now paying people more, put on show last year which cost him directly from his pocket as the 2020 O had maybe 8 stands in the "expo"

only way is the split that is likely to occur when Manion Snr dies...... then maybe some of the current IFBB who have to kiss the ring and dont fancy being told what to do by a 20yr old who has never competed once in his life....have either a revolution of sorts or a join with the rock but easier said than done... but that is what will cause the change

let see what happens when Jim croaks it

Cant see any change next year tbh, same winners again, same second n third probs...maybe hunter will go all out and add a sh2t ton of new tissue, hes the only one who i think has the capability to do that and still look balanced, there alot more to come from him..
Guys like nick and ian are burnt out early imo

Same thing was said about ramy before he won he lost at first and people just chalked him up to hype. Ian is seeming to have a problem getting shredded and nick sadly will always have a problem with height taller guys will just look more intimidating and impressive.

Nick got 5th place his first year and won the Arnold. If he can add even a tiny bit more size and come next year as shredded as he did this year who knows.

Ian I feel was just not focused this year probably with the drug bust. I do have more faith in nick progressing however he's done it every year thus far.

Ian is most definitely not having a problem getting shredded. He’s been absolutely peeled for all 4 shows this year

Ian is placing very well and winning small shows, there is something going on with Ian where in the live streams or certain photos your not seeing how in condition he really is, but in other photos you can see how ridiculous he looks

Ian’s isssue is his calves and Chest. And to a lesser degree his triceps

But his problem isn’t not getting peeled
