The BIG Picture

Current state of affairs
105kg this morning after breakfast, no pump at all and diet not been the best this week
Really happy to be maintaining this condition quite comfortably
Slightly less cals than previous maintenance at <4k and addition of 30 mins cv every day means I'm staying leaner
Will probably never push for any serious size again, just refine and recomp as I go

I might get it going mate, probably won't be too interesting as I'm just coasting along atm, I started it with thoughts on competing in the finals but that didn't go to plan lol
Cardio is 30 mins post work out every session, moderate intensity on the elliptical trainer and some prowler sledge runs after legs

Still looking good pal, plenty of muscle still on the frame, seeing all this again is giving me the motivation i need atm, il give it a good crack after xmas fvck it lol.

6 weeks in to trt dose of 125mg test-e every 8 days

Weighed myself yesterday and was bang on 19 stone (121kg). Been training a lot more like a bodybuilder and Delts, Arms and Chest are starting to get a bit of better shape to them. Getting a couple of veins now on ribs running in to the abs etc so deffo getting leaner whilst maintaining the muscle

Still a lot of room for improvement in the diet. Still eating McDonald’s or greggs or both daily and a lot of takeaways so have the option of pulling all that lot out and cleaning it up significantly if I want

Gonna stay somewhere around here until Jan then may go for a “blast”. Probably 125 test/400 tren or similar

Be interested to know what your current general day of eating looks like whilst maintaining your shape?

Something like the following, it changes everyday:

1: 4 crumpets with PB + 60g whey

2: McDonald’s breakfast or greggs bacon and sausage baguette

3: 250g chicken breast or chicken thighs + pack of Rice or Rice cakes

4: same or similar as meal 3

5: same or similar again (depends what I’ve pre made or what I’m doing work wise)

6: Snickers duo, Latte, Protein bar (pre WO)

7: 60g whey, 4 big muffins and banana (PWO)

8: 3 X 1/4 cheese burgers, fries and onion rings

9: 60g whey + cereal or bagel or Crumpets etc

That’s fairly average. If I’ve deadlifted or squatted I usually eat more sugary stuff between post workout and bed

Sometimes I eat cleaner than that overall but there’s always junk food in there. Sometimes I eat a lot worse than that, as in really taking the piss. I’ll often swap chicken for steak mince etc

Pretty lucky I can get it away with it but I am trying to clean it up a bit now I’m getting a bit older

Someone has to go after @pooley1810

102.4kg this am just coming off a bulk, will slowly lower towards 95/96kg maybe lower, want to try and get leaner this year and improve my terrible fitness.

Looking good Ben
Stayed nice n lean
Daily cardio has made a huge difference for me
20 - 30 mins moderate post workout, staying leaner and just feel fitter and healthier without compromising training

Thanks mate!
I was thinking of adding some in as the outdoor walks have taken a hit due to weather so only doing those twice a week.
