You know what you gotta do and I think now you're focusing a little more on bodybuilding, that will really help as you can use a different style of trainingI’ll make the adjustments necessary it’s no issue
But Im deffo feeling myself slow down a bit recovery wise, hence the thread, just out of interest tbh as I know there’s quite a few older lads on here

And I’ve fucking hammered it for years tbf, it was gonna happen sooner rather than later for me. Could just be really a wear and tear thing rather than an age thing
Either way I’ll have to adjust
I think you will have to throw in the odd heavy session when the time is right as that's what you enjoy
