Starting A Steroid Cycle For Beginners.

Sorry buddy I think you took my message out of context. I wasn't calling you an average Joe, not at all, sorry if I offended you I didn't mean it like that at all. I was simply saying I wouldn't take advice of just anyone. Everyone on here has been really helpful and it seems like everyone on here is saying the same thing so I am definitely considering what everyone on here has said. As I'm a beginner and have no knowledge on this stuff I was just simply asking if the info I had from YouTube was anything to go by but it's clear it's not as good as the information I'm getting from here so I really appreciate everyone reaching out and telling me there knowledge and exprereice.

Cool mate. I don't hold grudges and I was actually kind of joking about being offended as you said that `old joe`shit to the Mod not me and he handle it like a champ haha. You need to listen if you want to learn though. Being cautious and sceptical is smart. Most members on here will try to help you with good solid advice so you can progress safely and make good gains.

Lots of knowledge and experience on here mate.
 
500mg test go for it you’ll never forget your first cycle won’t do you no harm don’t complicate it just keep nolva on hand :thumb:

my 2 penny
250mg pw is going to give you something but almost a waste.
1 ml every 5 days will give a better end result and is a moderate dose.
if its your first cycle be aware that pinning is not great, you get used to it and generally better at it but I'd air towards what is less jabbing rather than more.
This keeping blood levels thing is imo hugely over thought and complicated, just work around the drug half lives rather than Insta G PT knob head.
Only use AI if really necessary, worth having on hand but don't use just for the sake of.
You first cycle will if done right yield fantastic results.
That done right will be mostly driven by your eating and training.

Once you start with gear you will likely have a long term relationship with it.

One thing I’ll add.

A lot of people get stuck in the weekly rota, a 7 day cycle. There is absolutely no need for this other than the fact we tend to live this way.

injecting every 5 days or 4 days or 3 days is absolutely fine and imo a great way to run a cycle.

Completely agree
And the same with training
Absolutely no need to restrict yourself to training certain things on certain days
Its not practical in real life
Have a plan and take a rest/day off when needed then keep the split rolling

I wouldn't call any of us pros mate but most members here have a fair bit of experience and knowledge in bodybuilding and weightlifting and can put you on the right track. There will be differences of opinion though because there's no perfect way to run a cycle and there's no set rules that everyone has to follow. Stick with the basics as a beginner and you should have a productive 1st cycle and make good gains.

As said before, The gear you've got is 300mg/ml so 1ml e5d is the most logical cycle.
If you had gear that was 250mg/ml most people would probably be telling you to take 500mg per week split in 2x1ml shots Mon/Thurs or 1x2ml shot e7d.
Lots of different options mate but 250mg per week isn't the best one if you want to make some good gains. You don't need to go over 500mg for a 1st cycle though. Ignore stupid advice like that.

500mg will also be plenty for your 2nd/3rd/4th cycles too but adding other drugs on top for synergy will be the next stage (deca and orals etc).

Great advice! Cheers mate! Would you recommend staying on 400-500mg all though the 12 week cycle or would 400mg for the first 3-4 weeks then bump it up another 50mg for the 4th to 8th week and bump it up again another 50mg for the last 4 weeks?

For a 12 week cycle I'd keep the dose the same and consistent all the way to the end. Tapering has some benefit in longer cycles.

Sat + Sun?

ppl would allow you to concentrate your training better, rather than 1 day upper you'd get 2 1 push, 1 pull.
it's popular and many of us use this as a template.

OK thanks. Mine would more like upper on Monday, rest, lower, rest, upper, lower, rest. I wish it was a little different but I have obligations these days so it's the best I can do. What would your suggestion be like?
