On second thought Ok yeah i will see about this with Simon as this does sound good as it could totally take away the need for some clients emailing me...

Fair idea.

But I was thinking about starting a log in this section but I wouldn't want one in the public domain.

Just my opinion :)

Remember (and this goes for everyone) the public can see this section its only in the private section that it's all hidden and top secret, lol.:)
 
another kind word for Con...his patience is unbelieveable.

Leading up to getting the plan put together i sent him a HELL OF A LOT of pm's....and he answered every one.
Top guy in my books.
 
Con helped me get in the best shape of my life. At the time I wouldn't have had any idea how to do this so I learnt a lot. Great for people wanting to learn how to really train well and sort their diet out :)

Yes if he is away he may not reply asap

However I was chatting with him the other day regarding services maybe in the future and his responses were quick and very detailed.


I am sure he will reply soon mate
 
he is back from the 30th he has promised his wife it will be a internet free break cause he is usually on it 24/7 so he will no doubt be in touch in a few days
