Left logging shit for ages now tbh but easier to do it on here than write it down if im honest, had a shit patch last few months but things looking better now fingers crossed.

Il start by posting up some vid's of past month or two, following wendler's and on 3rd cycle beginning next week, no idea when will compete next,just enjoying training tbh, squat, bench and deadlift all still shit so nothing new lol.

to proper comp standards bud 205-140-245, done more on squat and bench in gym but not worth a wank if i can't re-do em when it matters :-(

I have done a high 220 squat and 150 touch n go bench.

Short term is 5 reps @200 by xmas on squats.....bench ive given up on! but would like to try 260 dead at some point before xmas.
