Goal- lose fat & gain muscle...simple enough lol.
Current stats-
6'2
101kg as of this morning (was 110kg 3 weeks ago)
Bf probably mid-high teens..hard to tell on dnp tbh
Been training a solid 2years & have made pretty good progress in that time. Done the typical bulk till I'm a fat cunt, cut until I'm just about to get abs...then bulk again haha. Time to get myself out this habit tho & keep it lean'ish from now on
Current story- cutting ATM..down 9kg in 3weeks but I am using a low dose dnp. Usually drop a stone in water on it...pair that with the low carb diet & I'm looking a depleted mess tbh. But I'm very happy with the progress & rate I've been going along...got another 11days on dnp then over the next 2-3weeks of finishing it I'm hoping to have my bf in near enough check to start recomping
Current diet/gear-
100mg testP/trenA/mastP every mon/wed/fri
250mg testE a week
Training days-
-125mg dnp, 25mcg t3, 30mg accutane
-5whole eggs, 30g whey, vits etc
-200g lean mince, veg
-200g turkey, 1avacado, veg,
-50g oats, 60g whey (1hr pre)
-6iu slin 30min pre
-60g dextrose, 20g bcaa, 20geaa, 20g glute (intra)
-300g white fish, 250g white spud
-40g casein
(Ill also have 50g cereal in 300ml almond milk +60g whey if I feel I need something sweet PWO)
Non training-
-125mg dnp, 25mcg t3, 30mg accutane
-5whole eggs, 30g whey, vits etc
-200g lean mince, veg,
-60g protein blend, 30g cashews,vits etc
-200g salmon, veg
-200g chicken, salad, EVOO
-40g casein
(Sometimes ill have a whole chicken split into 2 meals instead of the mince & salmon)
Training 5days a week ATM
-legs
-chest
-back
-delts
-arms
Been on this for 3 weeks now & it's working wonders.
