Ok a little history on me .
Been browsing around on here a while and poking my nose in every now and again. Really like the forum and would like to share my journey.
So far this yr i prepped with the help of an online coach and participated in the leicster east of england ukbbf show. (Beginners class)
Had a few novice issues on the day but managed and 2nd and a brit invite .
Im on the far left .
Anyway onwards and upwards. Ive already achieved more than i expected and really enjoying being semi normal again ans enjoying my family.
So its time to grow! Ide like to share the journey with those who are interested . There will be plenty of updates photos and also vids as and when i get some done . If any1 is interested .. Really like how most of the regular posters are very knowledgable ppl. Eg con and jim and so on.. Hope u pop in with the odd constructive critisism or advice along the way.
Ok so had a birthday blow out and over indulged quite. Bit this week..
Swollen ankles are just on there way out lol. All clean food prepped and ready for fresh week.
Heres where im at.
Goals are to gain as much muscle mass wile holding semi decent condition. I dont plan on prepping again until 2016. I really wna bring a bigger better more balanced body to mix it up with the vets . As its quite the jump from beginners. Ill be using the same coach . But like i said always open to critisism/advice .
