Body is hammered, this may take a while.

Calf is tight as fuck, bruised eye socket ! traps and neck sore...apart from that I'm A1

Weight training is really good and I had a jump up in weight this week
I was back at football tonight....every leg muscle is tight as fuck :lol:

Why the fuck are we playing real sports :lol:

First week was great but I must admit that I've not really done the morning cv in this second week due to calf problem :sad: just on my way to physio now. I need to speak to him as I need to hold my weight now so may need to change things up a little

Love the training though...breath of fresh air

Just went to train arms and didn't even get started...arms are sore from line out lifting so did my circuits instead.

10 days ago I coukd only last 4 mins of the 16 minute circuit, im ip to 11 mins before my heart starts telling me to fuck off and the pumps become unbearable......so I am getting much better.

Finished with a 10 min warm down and some stretching.

So the plan is arms tomorroe and then back after I finish rugby coaching on sunday.
 
What's the supp called that you use to negate the cramps with clen ?
